Perfect for a family

Our family rented several homes on this street for a beach reunion. The quiet street was the perfect spot for the kids to come and go safely. The pool and patio area are nice additions to a comfortable home. The owner was very responsive when an issue popped up, too. Checking in and out was easy, and the whole process was smooth. This spot is just three minutes from the beach access point, so we could go back and forth from the house to the beach easily throughout the day. Would recommend to anyone!

Great home!

Great home with so much to offer! Plenty of space for our family and young kids. Pool was amazing! With a short walk to the beach, this home was exactly what we needed for our getaway. The owners were great and helped make our stay as easy as possible.

Beautiful getaway!

I stayed at this property with my family, super spacious, short walk to the beach, and the pool was a family hit. Elizabeth is very responsive in a timely manner, very helpful with the entire process as this was one of my first times utilizing Vrbo. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, beautiful home!

Nice house but really dirty and unorganized

When we first arrived, no instructions on how to operate the door with the code. We walked in and looked around and it was dirty. I opened the freezer so we could put up food and I had to clean it out before I put the food in. The kitchen had everything we needed but we had to search for it because everything was everywhere. Nothing was organized. The place had all the appliances but they were all dirty and needed to be cleaned and not just rinsed off. The trash cans had not been emptied so we were not able to use for all of our trash. We did notice the garbage was picked up on Saturday we were not informed of this service to have the trash cans on the street. The pool was dirty and had sand and debris. The pool guy was leaving when we arrived so I was surprised to see the pool in that condition. The good was the water pressure was excellent and the hot water lasted for all of use to the shower.

Extended Family Getaway

Our trip was with our entire extended family and had a wonderful trip! The home was very clean and was everything as listed. The home is within walking distance to beach but I wish we would have rented a golf cart for my parents. Thanks again for a beautiful home to create many memories with our family!

We always enjoy our time here

This is our annual friends family trip to this home in Ocean Isle. We always love it here. The private pool on property is a benefit for us but you can walk up to the community pool. The beach access is just outside of the neighborhood and not a far walk. We always love hanging on the large front porch and the 2 swings are a popular thing among our family. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We will be back.

Comfy, cozy and wonderful

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. Plenty of room for our party of 15. The house was clean, very easy to check in and out of. Perfect location, close to beach access, grocery stores and restaurants. Looking forward to staying again!

Wonderful rental house

The property was wonderful! It was located within easy access to the beach. And putt putt and ice cream was a nice 1/2 mile walk. Elizabeth, the property owner, responded quickly to all my inquiries. I highly recommend this property!

Nice house that needs a little care

Is over all the house is fantastic. Is great location, Great pool good space. Has some items that need to be fixed. The AC was not performing well when we were there. It was only 75 outside but was 78 in the house and it would not cool down until we opened the windows. Just some basic maintenance as there's broken furniture. A toilet seat coming off, Cracked shower rod in the master bathroom.

Great Place to RELAX!!!!

Enjoyed our stay. Owner was very prompt on responses. Gave ideas on places to eat, how to rent golf carts and any questions asked, she was able to provide answers. Will come back and bring my family.

A beautiful 5 bedroom house

This house has 5 bedrooms with 5 private bathrooms for each room. I could communicated well with the property owner. Pool was a master piece. One uncomfortable thing was the outdoor trashcan was overflowing. Overall, it was a very nice vacation home.

Great Getaway

we came for a family reunion and this house was perfect! Plenty of seating in the kitchen. Plenty of bathrooms. The pool was super clean and a great hangout area for us. It is located surprisingly close to the beach. Loved the shower downstairs to rinse off so we didnt track sand through the house. Really a great place to stay!

Quick getaway

Took our kids and close family friends on a mini vacay to get a since of normalcy during this unusual times. Really enjoy the house, neighborhood, pool and quick access to the beach! The kids are already talking about renting again for next year! Highly recommend!

Great location & features that make this home an A+

We love our stay at this home at Ocean Isle Beach. We took a group of 15 and the house worked perfectly for all of our needs. First, the pool is amazing! Great size and so refreshing after a day at the beach. There is a nice grill in this area and plenty of seating. There was plenty of sleeping area and enough bathrooms to share within the group. The kitchen was perfect for our large group and gave us plenty of space to cook and serve. The distance to the beach is an easy walk across the street. Overwall, our group had a great trip and the house was exactly what we were hoping for. Looking forward to booking this house again!

Perfect Last Minute Beach Vacation!

Elizabeth was fantastic to work with! She was very accommodating and hospitable! The house was the perfect place to escape for the week during coronavirus!
