East End Cottage with Pool across the street from the Beach

Welcome to East End Cottage! Here you will enjoy a family friendly home, super close to the beach, and a PRIVATE pool to relax with family and/or friends. The pool is able to be heated in the spring and fall for a daily fee. Fabulous second row location with ocean views and directly across from the beach access. Once inside, you will find everything you need to relax and enjoy your time at the beach; beach towels, cooler, beach toys, bocce ball, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, and even a Bluetooth speaker are included with your stay! East End Cottage has wifi, a tv in every bedroom and living room, games/puzzles, and more!

Summer vacation stay

Our family had a wonderful week at the beach. Katie checked in multiple time to ensure we had everything and also to remind about trash days. The house has been well maintained and well stocked for a week away. We’ve already booked to stay here again next year.

East End of OIB was WONDERFUL

My family and I really enjoyed staying at East End Cottage. All the amenities were fantastic! We loved the private pool and the golf cart as well as the short walk to the beach. The house was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed! We would love to come back and stay again!

This was the best week of our lives!

We cannot express enough how wonderful it was to stay at this cottage. The location to the beach is optimal for small children and the pool was icing on the cake. The inside of the cottage was so cozy and they truly thought of everything. The hosts are awesome and wonderful with communication. We hope you can stay at this cottage for your vacation. 2nd time and the house still wow'd us!!

This property is a complete gem!! We stayed here last year and were so happy with the location and the extreme cleanliness of the home that we came back this summer. We were pleasantly impressed with how well the owners have kept up the home and noticed several improvements in just the one year. We applaud owners who take the time to truly care and reinvest into their properties to continue to give exceptional service and properties to guests! Thank you, Katie! This house was not only the cleanest rental property our family has ever vacationed at but it has the best sofa, beds and pillows. Truly a rare find in the rental world to find such a home run of a property. Thank you for another amazing East End Vacation!!

We have had a pool for years and this one feels divine and it spotless. 19 of us at OI, all the grands were at the pool by lunch and adults by dinner. Must stay here!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

This was an amazing vacation overall and the host could not have been better. There were a few issues while checking in, (which the host resolved) and sand leftover from previous guests (underneath a rug) but nothing that could not be quickly resolved with a vacuum. Overall my kids and family had a blast and fell in love with this area.

Cute and Cozy Cottage with a Perfect Location

The East End Cottage was a fantastic selection. The cottage is cute and cozy, not a monstrosity like some of the others in the area. It’s perfect for the family that wants the coziness of a cottage. The cottage includes all the amenities you could want or need, we were blown away by everything that's included. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s on a nice quiet section of the beach away from all the commotion, but close enough that you’re not left feeling disconnected. Sitting on the front porch you can see the waves rolling in and beach access is literally on the other side of the street. Just a great all around selection.

Perfect location and amenities

Our family of 4 enjoyed a relaxing week at OIB and the house was perfect for us. We have always stayed in oceanfront hotels and decided to rent a house this year. Great decision! The walk to the beach was shorter than what you would having walking through a resort. And having a private pool for my girls (11 and 14) was such a luxury. The pool was super clean and refreshing. The beach side of the home was beautiful and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!
