On the main floor, you’ll enjoy a bright and open living room, a fully stocked kitchen with center island, and a comfortable dining area perfect for family meals or morning coffee. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are also located on this level, offering convenient accommodations without the need to climb stairs.

Upstairs, the home features a large master bedroom suite, two additional guest bedrooms, and a hallway that leads to a private balcony and rooftop terrace. Covered parking with first floor access to get inside of the home. Parking for up to 6 cars. If you block the sideway, the town of OIB will tow the vehicle.
