Charming 3 bedroom duplex with shared swimming pool, near the marina and a quick drive from shopping and dining.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this three-bedroom, two-bath home occupies the entire top floor of a large duplex. Highlights include a completely remodeled interior, a gleaming kitchen, and a convenient home office. Make use of the grill in the shared backyard, then gather on the front porch to share stories of the day's adventures. Top it all off with a dip in the shared pool!

Unwind in the open living area, featuring casual-chic decor and a smart TV. Gather in the family room where a sleeper sectional and a smart TV await. Host a movie night here, or play games at the adjacent table. Between the living area and the family room, the nautical-themed home office provides a desk and a quiet place to check email or plan the day's activities. Prepare hearty meals in the gleaming kitchen, fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a French-door fridge. Keep the chef company while perched at the center island. When dinner is served, there is a formal dining area. Sip a crisp drink on the covered front porch while settling in relaxing seating. Fire up the gas grill for a barbecue in the partially fenced backyard, shared with the downstairs property. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are also provided.

Explore a range of eateries and boutiques within a short drive. Rent a boat from the Ocean Isle Marina & Yacht Club and spend a day on the Intracoastal Waterway. This single-level vacation rental occupies the entire top floor of a two-story duplex. An elevator is available. The backyard and pool are shared with the downstairs rental.

Perfect house location

This house met all of our needs. It was clean, had linens, extra towels, and the perfect location. Loved the communication with Vacasa. Easy check-in and check-out. Beautiful deck and deck furniture to enjoy the ocean view. The only thing missing was a grill. But, we did enjoy the local restaurants. The family concurred that this was our favorite place so far. We will definitely be back.

Short stay on the beach

Very nice unit in an ideal location for those who like a quiet beach. The view from the deck was very nice and beach access on the boardwalk was perfect. In general the unit is well-maintained and in good repair. Bathroom fittings (TP holder, towel bars, etc.) could use updating though. One was broken and others were loose.Early season made access a breeze - close to the causeway and several good restaurants.

Mens Fishing Trip

House was very convenient and comfortable for our stay. Had some roaches and bugs we seen in the house. Did not bother a bunch of men but the wife would have had a cow! Appliances getting some wear and tear on them. Never could get the dishwasher to start and had to always put paper towels under coffee maker. All in all trip was a success and would like to return if things are addressed and updated.

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful week. Even with the storm. Everything was clean and neat. We even got a visit from the new owners who welcomed us with a bottle of wine. The porch overlooking the ocean was wonderful and the moon was gorgeous over the ocean. Wonderful location and would stay again.
