Cherry Bomb is a beautiful and recently updated single family home located Second Row in Ocean Isle Beach. Just 500 ft from white sandy beaches and the sparkling Atlantic, this spacious home offers 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and sleeps 12. When you are not basking in the sunshine on the beach or bobbing waves in the ocean, spend time cooling off and relaxing in the private pool!

Welcome to Cherry Bomb, managed by Brunswick Vacation Rentals! Cherry Bomb has a reverse floor plan and offers stunning ocean views from the top floor where the living room, kitchen and dining room are located. The spacious and very comfortable living room offers two plush couches and a love seat that surround a large flat-screen Smart TV with cable. The kitchen is fully stocked and has beautiful stone countertops, a large kitchen island, and offers appliances including a commercial refrigerator and separate refrigerator specifically for your drinks. There's plenty of seating available for meal times with two tables offering seating for 11, and 3 additional seats which can be found along the kitchen island, for a total of 14. Kitchen amenities include a tea kettle, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, and crockpot.



The lower level is where the master suite is located which has a King-sized bed, access to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a double vanity and beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Also on this level is a second bedroom containing a Queen bed and a third bedroom which has one twin-over-twin bunk bed as well as a Queen bed. These two rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom which has a stand-alone shower. Two additional bedrooms can be found on the top floor, one with a King and the other with a Queen, each with en-suite bathrooms with a tub/shower combo. All five bedrooms have a flat-screen TV with cable.



For added convenience, an elevator is available, providing easy access to all levels of the home. Whether you're carrying groceries or simply want to avoid the stairs, this thoughtful amenity ensures that everyone can move effortlessly throughout the property.



Take in the coastal breeze on one of the four balconies. Two of which are located on the front of the home, and afford beautiful ocean views, while the two in the back overlook an oasis with private pool, coastal landscaping.



PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:



You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.



NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind



NO Pets owner is severely allergic — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.



NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise



NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise



Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)



Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.



*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking*



Due to sever allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.



We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.



Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool.  Pools are serviced weekly.  Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.



The pool is open year round.  The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures.  Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at night due to timers.

**PLEASE NOTE: If you booked PRIOR to March 17, 2024, your reservation does NOT include towels and linens. If you’d like to add them for an additional fee, please contact us. Otherwise, you can bring your own or rent through a third party. If you booked or are booking AFTER March 17, 2024, whole house towels and linens ARE included in your reservation as part of your cleaning fee and also includes bed making.**

(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens and towels)



The cleaning fee on your Airbnb reservation does include whole house bed linens and bath towels, as well as bed making. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.*



We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.



Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking.



While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.



Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety.



You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.
