BEACH FRONT-MAY WEEKDAY’s STILL AVAILABLE- 1 Bedroom steps to SAND,SUN and FUN

PIERfect VIEW is a 1 bedroom Second Floor (4-sets of stairs -no elevator) Beachfront condo that is located in the sought after Condominium Complex called Ocean Cove. The unit will accommodate a couple or a small family(4-adults and 2-children). It is PIERfect for that romantic get-away or for your young family to enjoy the beach, ocean front pool and nearby activities! The ocean front unit features updated flooring, smooth ceilings, quartz countertops, tiled back splash, counter lighting, fun tile around jetted tub, brand new '25 queen sleeper sofa and queen bed. The small bunk beds are smaller than a twin and will only accommodate a child. We are most excited about our newly enlarged custom tiled shower with glass door!

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine while watching the waves and sunset on the oceanfront deck relaxing in our brand new Andirondack style chairs and table. The main bedroom features a queen bed with a (Novaform) memory foam mattress and a whirlpool tub. Tuck the little ones in the Bunk Bed nook. A Queen sleeper sofa offers additional bedding.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay. We have added a Keurig coffee pot for those of you who have their favorite pods to bring as well a large capacity brew pot. Both TV's are equipped with Amazon fire stick. Netflix is included along with YouTube TV app and highspeed internet. The beach and pool couldn't be any closer. The oceanfront pool provides lounge chairs for your comfort and a shower to rinse all the sand away. There is also a picnic area for grilling your fresh caught fish. You are only a short walk from restaurants, shops, beach rentals, fishing pier, arcade, museum and putt putt golf. The unit offers a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience as well. There is plenty of parking for your car and a parking tag to hang from your mirror will be in the unit for you. A storage space on the ground will be available for you to store your beach/pool items. You are welcome to use and return the items that are in the storage area.

*** Linens, Bath mats, Bath/ Kitchen Towels are NOT provided. Contact geannie5169@gmail.com if you would like to rent these items and have them delivered. The pricing is $12.00 per sheet set and $8.00 for a set of towels. Email her with questions regarding any of your linen needs.

Pierfect stay

Pierfect View has everything it promised and was exactly as seen in the photos. Very short walk to the beach and a quiet place even with all the other condos with in the complex. My family loves the place and we are looking forward to staying here again.

Fantastic weekend away

Great property for my family of 4. We loved the view and letting the gentle breeze come through the doorway while listening to the ocean. I’m also usually disappointed in beds in property rentals but this one was very comfortable. Lisa was also very responsive and made everything super easy.

Pierfect Visit to OIB, NC

A last-minute decision to visit OIB, NC and so grateful we were able to stay at Pierfect View. The condo was great for a couple. We enjoyed the visibility of the ocean from the unit, the short walk to the beach, and the relaxing atmosphere. Even though it was off season, there were several good restaurants locally that we enjoyed near the condo (Sharky's, Ocean Isle Fish, Oyster Rock in Calabash). Our communication with the host was excellent. We also used the linen service and that worked out great too. If we are ever back in the area again, we will definitely try to stay at this same location. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great stay!

We had a great time..the condo was just as described. It was very clean, fully stocked with what we needed…and the location was so convenient. The view was amazing. Lisa is a wonderful host, so very responsive, helpful and kind. We appreciated the little anniversary gift she left too! She also gave some great recommendations for food and shopping! Very welcoming unit

The place had been recently updated, with tasteful updates. Bathroom and shower was AMAZING. The kitchen was modern and roomy. Everything about the place was well thought out and accommodating. And it was CLEAN. Amazing location, just two doors down from the pier, restaurants, beach stores and mini golf across the street. The pool was large and always CLEAN. The beach was footsteps from the pool area. All that + the quaintness of Ocean Isle Beach = Great Experience! In the immortal words of The Terminator, I’ll be back!

We started coming to Ocean Isle six years ago and finally we have found our Ocean Cove paradise! The unit was very clean, updated, and matches the pictures online exactly. The new shower is huge and makes cleaning up after a beach day quick and easy.

Pierfect stay

The condo was beautiful. In a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants, a huge park that my daughter really enjoyed, put put, shopping, and the museum of costal Carolina. We enjoyed spending every morning on the patio overlooking the beach.

The property was awesome, as was the location. The listing was accurate and Lisa the property manager could not have been more helpful. She even left some welcome gifts for our family. Have stayed at ocean cove before however this unit was far superior. It was very nice and very accommodating. Had an issue with the lock and literally was fixed within an hour. Hope to stay again.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location

Condo was very well kept, clean, and stocked with everything we needed and the location and view were perfect. We were only steps away from the pool and beach and we loved being close by to the local restaurants, shops and activities.

The property was awesome, and you certainly couldn’t beat the location or the oceanfront view! Property was extremely clean & looked just as it did in the description. Property manager communication was the best! 😀. If you’re looking for a place in OIB; would definitely recommend!
