Welcome to 76 West First Street. This newly built (April 2025) house is in a beautiful second-row location on the west side of the island, offering a perfect retreat for your next vacation. With four spacious bedrooms and three and a half baths spread across two levels, this home provides both comfort and convenience.
On the main floor, you'll find three inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom features a luxurious king bed, while the second bedroom offers a fun pyramid bunkâperfect for familiesâwith a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. These two rooms share a Jack n Jill style bathroom with a convenient shower/bath combination. The third bedroom on this level boasts a king bed and a private bath.
Upstairs, you'll discover a cozy queen bedroom with its own private bathroom for added comfort and privacy. A hall bath is also available on this level. The large dining room table, with five chairs and a bench that seats three, offers ample space for family meals or game nights. Step outside, and youâll enjoy the refreshing outdoor shower, ideal after a day at the beach. Inside, youâll find modern amenities including central heat and air, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and ceiling fans. Stay connected with secure Wi-Fi, and unwind with Smart TVs in both the living areas and bedrooms, providing streaming access with your personal accounts.
Enjoy your own private pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or lounging in the sun with family and friends. Relax and unwind on the shady, ocean-facing covered decks, the perfect spot for a peaceful evening as you take in the view. The property is conveniently located just across the street from the Shelby Street Beach Access, giving you easy access to the sand and surf.
For added convenience, the property features and elevator to all floors, keyless entry and an outdoor golf cart outlet. While this home is non-smoking and doesnât allow pets, itâs the ideal place for a peaceful and memorable getaway. *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed, and ALL BEDS ARE MADE for your comfort and convenience. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Please note that paper and soap products are not provided and should be brought by guests.*

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
