Escape to this family friendly getaway featuring three bedrooms, two living rooms and a spacious enclosed yard. Hidden within central Ocean Grove, guests will find this comfortable and private home perfectly fitted with everything a family could wish for. Whether you`re relaxing in your spacious back yard for lunch or playing Ping Pong in a family room. Located a stone`s throw from local shops, cafes and the local beach, we invite you to escape to The Grove.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: Please note all towels and linen are provided.

Bedroom 1 (Master) - Queen Bed, connecting to main bathroom, wall mounted TV (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, spacious wardrobe, ceiling fan (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 3 - 2x single beds, spacious wardrobe, ceiling fan (Sleeps 2)

BATHROOM CONFIGURATION: Bathmats, hand towels provided. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided.

Bathroom (Main) Toilet, shower, basin. Please note this bathroom has two entrances, one to the main living area and another to the master bedroom.

PETS: This is a pet friendly property! Pets are allowed indoors but we ask that:
1. Only 1 dog per booking
2. No large breeds
3. Guests supply their own pet bowls, beds, food and toys
4. No pets allowed on the furniture or beds
5. Must be house trained, all waste must be picked up in the yard by the guest.

PARKING: Free parking on site with plenty of space in the driveway, not enclosed or in garage (Garage has been converted into a games room) There is also ample free on street parking.

ENTRY: Contactless check in! Access via lockbox on site, code will be provided 24 hours before check in.

WIFI: Complimentary, password will be provided on check in.

KICTHEN: Toaster, kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso, pods), dishwasher, oven, fridge. Complimentary selection of tea, coffee, sugar. Spices, oil provided.

DINING: We have a dining table set for 6 guests with 2 additional bar stools at the kitchen bar. There is also outdoor dining set, see photos.

LOUNGE: Spacious and comfortable couch with TV and Chromecast. Apps for Netflix, Stan, YouTube available, we ask that guests use their own accounts to log in.

GARAGE: Separate lounge/ hang out for guests with ping pong table, TV, seating and reading materials.

BACKYARD: Fully enclosed with fences, this area has outdoor seating, outdoor dining and plenty of space. Perfect for kids to play within the privacy and safety of the yard,

HEATING & COOLING: The property features reverse cycle AC units and ceiling fans.

EXTRAS: All towels, linen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more are provided for your stay!

LAUNDRY: Washing machine and dryer in Laundry. Washing powder provided.

SECURITY: Security cameras are operation at this property, located at the front.

MISC: Strictly No Smoking, Parties, Schoolies, Hens or Bucks. Quiet times are 10:00PM to 8:00Am.

Other mature special occasions upon enquiry- which must not exceed the homes sleeping capacity.

Situated in a quiet street in Ocean Grove, this hidden property is a 1-minute drive (5-minute walk) to the nearest Shopping center with Bakery, cafe, petrol station, KFC, Subway and more. The nearest beach is a 5-minute drive away (15-minute walk). Central shopping strip of Ocean Grove is a short 7-minute drive away.

Uber and Taxi service are available for the area, with local bus routes a short 20 second walk down the road (Sunset Strip).
GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and
agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please
treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours.
Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for Schoolies, hens or
bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make a reservation at our property.
Please follow parking guidelines where provided.
CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out
time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior
arrangement/availability and extra charges may apply.
Contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the
key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a
management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property
and if required replacement of keys.
THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ACCEPT PETS
UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to
unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you
immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your
stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. HostyCo will not
be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforeseen
unavoidable circumstances.
PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in
immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional,
cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may occur. We have the right to evict any
guest during their stay if we deem them to be in breach of the house rules. THIS
PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES.
There should be no disturbance to neighbours at any time during your stay.
LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where
supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon
request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any
damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen may incur a
charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping
service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee .
YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and
loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this
immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs.
Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as
occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive
noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction
without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise
should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm.
Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $70 (or $100 after hours) call out fee for
management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.
Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the
appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed
away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure
will incur a $100 fee. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. All
furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
Smoking is not permitted in the property. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the
property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.
HostyCo is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.
