** Beach Info **

We provide 2 adult seasonal beach badges for guest use during your stay in Ocean Grove. Children under 12 do not require badges. Please note: a $100 replacement fee will be charged for each badge that is lost or not returned.

For your convenience, we also provide 2 beach chairs, a beach bag, and beach towels for use during your stay.

Early check-ins and advance pickup of beach badges are not available. If you’d like to visit the beach before your check-in time, we’re happy to provide information on purchasing daily passes.

The Neighborhood: Ocean Grove is a charming, historic seaside town with stunning Victorian architecture, tree-lined streets, and a welcoming year-round community. A short walk brings you to Asbury Park, known for its fantastic dining, eclectic boutiques, family-friendly attractions, and vibrant nightlife. From food and music to family activities and the historic boardwalk, Asbury Park offers something for everyone!

Getting Around: With everything close by, Ocean Grove and Asbury are best explored on foot. The beach is a short stroll away, and both Asbury Park and Bradley Beach train stations on the North Jersey Coast Line are easily accessible. Street parking and Uber/Lyft are also readily available.
General House Rules

1. Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is at 3PM, and check-out is by 10AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees.

2. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, including indoors and outdoor areas. Violations will result in a $500 Fee

3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. Please limit noise during these hours to respect neighbors and other guests. Noise Fee will result in a $300 fee

4. No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved. Approved pets are subject to a fee of $100 per pet. However, large pets are not permitted due to potential barking and noise that may disturb neighbors or other guests.

5. No Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property.

6. No Parties or Events: Hosting parties, events, or large gatherings is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

7. Maximum Occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 3 guests. Additional, unregistered guests are not permitted.

8. No Illegal Activities: Illegal substances or activities are not allowed on the property.

9. Trash and Recycling: Dispose of trash and recycling in the designated bins provided. Guests are responsible for taking out their trash at the end of the stay.

10. Parking: Parking is limited to free street parking. Please do not block neighbors’ driveways or use unauthorized parking spots.

11. Respect for Property: Please treat the home and its contents with care. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the guest.

12. Appliance Use: Turn off all lights, AC/heating, and appliances when not in use or upon leaving the property.

13. Child Safety: Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially near stairs, balconies, or other potentially unsafe areas.

14. Fire Safety: No open flames, candles, or fire pits unless explicitly permitted. A fire extinguisher is available in Kitchen.
