You'll find everything you need for relaxation & enjoyment in this house which features 2 beautiful living areas with plenty of seating space filled with natural light, large covered alfresco space with ample seating & a 6-burner BBQ for all year around entertainment. Kids will have a blast in the well groomed backyard, complete with a delightful cubby house.

The space
There are 4 bedrooms with ultra-comfortable beds that promise a good night's sleep. In addition to that, sofa bed (double) in the living area also provides a comfortable sleep which can also be easily converts into a sofa for you to sit back and relax.

Light-filled open-planned dining and living area include a large 70-inch smart TV with free Wi-Fi to keep everyone entertained, games to play, and the well-stocked kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need for your culinary adventures. For coffee lovers, Nespresso Coffee machine with coffee pods and the milk frother are at your disposal.

You will also find 2 elegant bathrooms with all basic amenities.

Ducted heating is available throughout the house with a split system cooling in the living area to keep the house cool in summer days. Tower fans are also available in each room if required.
