2 Bedroom Ocean Grove Beach Apartment

Nestled in the heart of historic Ocean Grove, The Central Ave. House presents the ideal beach vacation rental with everything you could desire. Just a short 2 blocks away from the beach and the charming Main Ave, this prime location is merely a quick 10-minute stroll from the lively Asbury Park boardwalk and the footbridge to Cookman Ave. Discover all the offerings of the area, and you'll find yourself lacking nothing from the Jersey Shore's top vacation spot.

The Space:
Apartment 1 is a two bedroom, 1st floor, corner unit facing West. It received complete renovation, including a full kitchen with marble island, and Full bathroom has tub/shower combo. Each bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room as well.

Guest Access:
This is a first floor unit that has a lift for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the house front door and room door, and then press the button at the bottom of the keypad. You will need to complete this sequence before the backlight of the keypad times out.

Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. With that in mind, we cannot provide approval for early check-in, in advance. If your room is ready prior to check-in, we will let you know.

The Neighborhood:
Ocean Grove, a delightful resort town situated along the Atlantic Ocean, is renowned for its picturesque Victorian houses and the iconic Great Auditorium. This massive wooden theater plays host to captivating Sunday worship services and enchanting choral concerts. Nestled against a sprawling boardwalk, Ocean Grove Beach is a beloved destination for families, while nearby tennis and shuffleboard courts offer additional recreational opportunities. The charming town center is graced with inviting ice cream parlors, delightful breakfast spots, and charming gift shops, making it a truly delightful place to explore.

Getting Around:
We're in walking distance to everything. The beach, the boardwalk, live music venues, hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops are all only a few minutes away.

We're also approximately 1/2 mile to the train station with access to NYC or a 30 minute Uber ride to the NYC Ferry.

Other Things to Note:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 10PM - 8AM.

Please be advised that interior hallways and exterior porches are monitored by video surveillance and noise monitoring systems.
