Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). 2.5 due to the heating units not fully functioning (3 of the 6 worked) and the first floor main living area was cold. A small space heater was there so this leads me to believe vacasa was aware of the issue but they told me the heat was functioning - my husband spent time troubleshooting it online and trying to see if he could reboot the units, he also tripped the breaker and reset all electric in the house to try to fix the problem. It did not work. vasa was very responsive to my texts but was not forthcoming in explaining to us or admitting there was a heating problem.Cleanliness was sub par. Coffee pot had small amount of dried coffee in it, keurig had old water sitting in it; cabinet had coffee dripped down it, crumbs in pantry; food spilled on trashcan lid; all faucets and walls behind sinks had splatter (food in kitchen sink and toothpaste in top floor bathroom). Ceiling fan over kitchen table was not turned on to try to help disperse heat because the blades had lots of dust and grime and I didn't want it all over the table. Floor in kitchen was sandy, hair balls behind recliners and dirt behind small cabinet in living room. Broken bedroom furniture which was reported. Broken ceiling fan light in top floor bedroom, also reported. A few too many problems for our liking. The location was amazing and we enjoyed our trip despite the long list above.Thank you.Dianna O.

Lovely unit, easy access to beach, great for families w/ young children.

Very convenient access to the beach. Place was spacious. Kitchen utensils were very good. Views from upper floors on beach side were excellent. Easy access to unit in rear under unit. Pool was clean provided covered tables. Internet was good. Only issue was some areas were not properly cleaned. Bedrooms were comfortable. Would rent again.

Two families stayed with 4 teen boys. Loved the location, place was clean, plenty of room. Only complaint was the top bunk bed was so bad the springs were coming through and could not be used. Luckily we had a spare air matress.

A great place right on the beach!

Middle-aged me, my husband, and two parents in their 70s stayed here for a week. We had a blast! The place was clean. Living room was comfortable. It’s just steps from the beach, placed right on the sand. It’s also just steps from a pool that is 3ft to 5ft deep, and only shared by the other surrounding 24 units. The option for seating in 4 separate outdoor spaces was great. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were nice; ample hot water and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, measuring cups, bottle openers, salt, pepper, etc. Dishwasher worked well. The desks in two of the bedrooms were great for setting up a laptop. TV in every bedroom. Good air conditioning and each bedroom has its own thermostat. Outdoor shower and hoses worked perfectly. Washer and dryer present. A few board games available too. The area is also pretty quiet overall. Sure, there are some families with kids, some teenagers/young adults, but it wasn’t crazy and we all felt safe and relaxed. There’s a grocery store and liquor store within 3 blocks that can be walked to. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance too. Having the two parking spots off the street is nice, though one car will be parked in if both cars are there. There were just a few cons to the place. You’re in a unit of 4 units side-by-side, and at times you can hear noise from your neighbors, like a baby crying or a tv on, but it is muffled. Also if you’re downstairs, you can hear your housemates when they’re walking around above you because the floors creak. Two of the bedrooms (the ones facing west) have window blinds but don’t have curtains, so the room got light when the sun rose. The other two bedrooms have nice blackout curtains. There were enough bathroom towels and washcloths provided for everyone, but if you like a big towel, bring your own. The paper towels and toilet paper were enough to get us started, but we had to buy our own (understandable.) The dinner table sits 8 comfortably, and there are plates for 8, so heads up if you have more than 8 people. The Vacasa people don’t respond to messages on Vrbo, but when I called directly, they were responsive. To stay here you have to be able to walk up and down stairs. Overall the complaints are minor. We would definitely stay here again!
