Find yourself living like an Ocean City local in no time when you make Heron Haven your home away from home! On the Assawoman Bay side of the area, you will have quiet while still being mere minutes from the sugar-white sand of the beach. Perched less than a half-mile from the Coastal Highway in the desirable Heron Harbour community, you can easily walk to many restaurants, gift shops, drugstores, Starbucks, ice cream parlors, fresh seafood, convenience stores, and grocery markets within minutes of the resort. When you want your fill of sandy toes and crashing waves, go to Maryland Beach or Ocean City Beach and bring a picnic to snack by the water. Northside Park, a gorgeous park that hosts summer events, is within one mile. If the kiddos want more excitement, a day spent at Jolly Roger Amusement Park or Trimper's Rides of Ocean City is never a bad idea!

Fresh air won't be hard to find, as the covered furnished deck can be just the place to sip a favorite drink, and three shared pools - one children's pool, a large pool, and a lap pool - await on-site for some fun in the sun.

Step inside, and you will be greeted by tasteful beach decor, calming blue accents, and a spacious layout allowing everyone to spread out. When you work up an appetite, hop into the full kitchen boasting a stylish subway tile backsplash, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the utensils needed to show off your culinary skills to the whole family. Plus, the living area features furniture that includes sofas and a large TV to host movie nights that everyone will enjoy.

Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).
The outdoor pools open seasonally from the end of May through late September. From May 25, 2025, through September 1, 2025, the main, lap and kiddie pools are open (with lifeguards at the main and lap pools). From September 2, 2025, through September 28, 2025, only the main pool is open (no lifeguards).
Guests can purchase community tennis court privileges on-site for a $100 weekly fee with a $25 deposit.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
