When you aren't gazing out at the waves from the condo's private balcony, head for the turquoise waters of the shared pool and splash the afternoon away. While you are out and about, be sure to visit the Trimper Rides of Ocean City, Embers Island Mini Golf, Sun Outdoors Frontier Town Western Theme Park, Old Pro Golf, Fenwick Island State Park, and the Freeman Arts Pavilion.

After a day filled with adventure, quickly get comfortable amidst the living room's plush seating and smart TV. When you need a quick bite to eat, the well-equipped kitchen displays granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

Cooled by central air-conditioning, the rest of the condo consists of a large bedroom, a private washer/dryer, and a sizable bathroom.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
This condo is equipped with a tankless water heater. Property has a doorbell camera on the front door. There are also 2 balcony cameras that face exterior amenities (Boat dock and Parking lot).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
