Leave the car behind and walk or take one of the provided bikes to shops, local dining, and boardwalk attractions. After the days adventures, unwind on the private balcony while taking in sunset views over the water or kick-back in the living area to stream shows and movies on the smart TV. The kitchenette comes well-equipped with mid-size appliances, including a fridge and stove/oven, and all the utensils needed for easy. at-home meals. A wall-mounted AC unit keeps the studio cool and comfortable while a private washer/dryer provides in-home convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
