Luxury on the Bay.... Bella Vista 605, this 2 bedroom relaxing direct bayfront retreat, with Bayfront Outdoor Swimming Pool, will accommodate 6 of your favorite people!  Enjoy your morning coffee while enjoying direct bay views on the furnished balcony. Two full bathrooms & one half bath make getting ready for your week of fun a breeze!  Beautiful decor throughout provides for a relaxing Ocean City getaway at a convenient mid-town location on 46th Street.  Walking distance to the OC Convention Center, Mini-Golf, eateries, and our family friendly Ocean City Beach.  Spend the week at Bella Vista!

The cook in the family will love the spacious kitchen, which is equipped with everything needed to make family meals during your stay.  A Keurig is available for those K-cup lovers!

The Master Bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with soaking bathtub, walk-in shower, and double sinks.  Bedroom Two provides a King bed and private full bathroom with tub/shower combo.  A half bathroom is located in the hall as well. A Queen sleep sofa offers additional sleeping in the living room.

Bella Vista has a private parking lot, providing free parking for 2 vehicles. In addition, an outdoor shower is available to rinse off after returning from a day at the beach.

Amazing condo !!

Lovely and spacious condo. Furnishings were comfy as were the beds. Loved that the light switches were all labeled and that there was one right by the bed in master suite. The large walk in shower in master suite was great. Lots of great amenities. The view and sunsets from the balcony were fabulous !! Well stocked kitchen. Very clean as well. Nicest condo I’ve stayed at in OC.

The whole property is gorgeous. The condo has every amenity that you could want and is extremely clean and comfortable. The view of the bay is amazing and the porch is great. “WOW” in a good way!

All we could say was WOW when we entered the unit. The cleanliness is of utmost importance to us and we’ve stayed at many privately owned units throughout OCMD and some amazing places in Vegas, Miami and Clearwater but this one by far the best. The location was exactly where we wanted to be. The efficiency in checking in, checking out and contacting management was flawless.
