Step inside to find a two-level living space, internet-enabled TV in the living room and both bedrooms (with Netflix provided), and a fully appointed kitchen with every essential appliance. The balcony has recliner chairs and a coffee table facing the bay - a great spot to take in the amazing sunsets. At night, you'll find a primary bedroom suite on the top floor with a TV, a desk for working remotely, a south-facing balcony, and a full bathroom with a shower. There's a second bedroom, a second bathroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room as well.




Pintail Point is a bayfront complex on the shores of Assawoman Bay, where it sits three-quarters of a mile west of the ocean beach. You'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, beachy eateries, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway, with Northside Park just over two miles north. The center of Fenwick Island is only four miles north, while the famous Ocean City Boardwalk is just over five miles south.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
