For the Downtown enthusiast! Ocean view! 1 block from board walk and beach. This gorgeous 3 bedrooms/ 3 bath luxury townhouse is professionally decorated and located in a great downtown area near16th Street. This property sleeps 12 guests. The house is close to great eateries favored by locals, shopping, night life, and amusements, as well as right across the street from Starbucks for that AM beverage. Park your vehicles in our spacious 2 garage and never use them the rest of your stay since everything is in walking distance to you.

The Space
Sunburst is a luxury townhouse located on the ocean block near 16th Street downtown. This three-bedroom, three-full bath townhouse has two furnished balconies overlooking the excitement of downtown Ocean City with a partial ocean view.

This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for 3 days or as long as you would like your vacation to last. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfy/cozy couch, a matching love seat, an armchair, and a television with DVD, Cable and Netflix for your entertainment. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Also off the living area is a Full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Next to the dining area is the fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, with a breakfast bar and wide, granite countertop, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television and a private Master bathroom. The second bedroom has a pyramid double bunk bed with a trundle and television. The third bedroom has a Queen-size bed with a television and access to the hall bathroom. This property comfortably sleeps 12 people, so bring the whole family! A twin-size cot or air mattress is available for a 12th guest.

Another great stay!

This is our second stay at this beautiful property. We truly enjoyed it again! Besides the great proximity to the boardwalk and restaurants this property is immaculate. The furniture is so comfortable, and the decor creates a relaxing coastal vibe. The kitchen is well equipped and has all modern appliances. Garage parking is the cherry on top!

Great location! Beautiful property!

We had the BEST vacation staying in this property! The finishes were beautifully done, location was great and the host was readily available and communicated with us within minutes. There was a discrepancy in the listing as far as what was included (linens, towels, etc) but the host was very accommodating and worked with us to provide everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We would definitely stay here again!

A great rental in excellent location. Only issue was no linens or blankets were provided. You can rent linens and the owner was very helpful in getting us set up but still no blankets.

Great house and location

The house was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and very well-maintained. The large two-car garage included beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, toys, cart) for our use. The location was also superb: 2.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. and 1.5 blocks to pharmacy, coffee shop, restaurants, and mini-golf. The Jolly Rogers amusement park was also a short drive away. The TV’s also had cable, Disney Plus, and Netflix — our one rainy day was not a problem.

Wonderful place!

We had a great long fall cruise weekend. We met some new folks that were fun. The place we usually rent was already taken so we had to find a new rental and I'm glad we did. The condo was probably the cleanest I've ever stayed at in Ocean City...and we go sometimes two or three times a year. The kitchen had higher end supplies, plenty of pots, pans, plates, etc. It does have a sensitive smoke detector wired to the fire deparment. This is certainly not a complaint! We found that if you open the kitchen window and the sliding glass door, toasting garlic bread will not be cause for the fire department to show up. The bunkbeds in the 3rd bedroom made the 3rd couple unhappy but would be good for kids. There are steps but any nice place with a garage is going to have steps. The owner is super responsive. Overall, this is a great place that I would definately rent again.

Long Weekend

Great long weekend in a super clean and gorgeous house! Garage was a great amenity to have and made unloading and packing a breeze! We had great weather for this time of year and appreciated the beach toys available for my kids to use! Beds were comfy and the setup was great! Location was great and easy access to the beach and boardwalk especially with little ones in tow. Will definitely keep this home in mind for future trips!

Fabulous home - great location - garage parking

I have rented numerous condos throughout Ocean City and this amazing unit sets the bar very high for any future rentals. Besides the gorgeous décor and great location, it has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The unit is extremely spacious with a great layout and comfortable furniture. The gourmet kitchen is so inviting and well equipped you will WANT to stay in and cook a few meals. Other great amenities include the two-car garage and spacious balcony. I loved this unit and would happily stay here again.

Lovely, Clean Place to Stay Near Beach

Great vacation! The owner sent emails ahead of time so we understood where to go and the codes to use to get into the place. The beach is close - you just go through a parking lot and across the street to get there. The place was clean. It was nice having the garage to park in so we didn't have to find parking on the streets. Wonderful for our short two night stay.
