The Space:

Welcome to Sandy Toes – Your Bright & Cozy Beach Retreat!



Each Sandy Toes unit is decorated in cheerful beach tones, creating a comfortable and inviting space perfect for families and friends. Our property includes 3 identical units, each featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.



The spacious living room boasts two sofas, plush club chairs, and a multi-game tabletop arcade, with large windows that fill the space with natural light and beachy vibes.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need—standard appliances, cookware, utensils, baking sheets, cutting boards, plus a microwave, toaster, and traditional drip coffee maker. Gather around the large kitchen table for meals and memories.



Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV featuring Hulu Live, giving you access to 60+ live channels and on-demand content—perfect for relaxing evenings after a day at the beach.



We provide dish soap, hand soap, and a starter supply of paper products; longer stays may require guests to bring additional supplies. All bedding and bath towels are included—just remember your beach umbrella!



With the beach only steps away, Sandy Toes offers easy access for families. Enjoy the outdoor shower out front and conveniently located bins along the side of the building stocked with beach chairs for your use.

Getting Around:

Ocean City is easily drivable. Depending on your destination it is also easy to get around on foot. There is also a beach bus that runs from 6am-1am with stops approximately every 15 minutes. It is $3 for a Ride-All-Day pass. Please go to oceancitymd.gov for more details.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be 25+ to rent



Guests are expected to clean up after their pets and are responsible for bringing their own pet supplies (food, waste bags, etc).



$75 per dog per stay



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated



Early check-ins are not available June-August. Off season months depend upon availability and cannot be determined until the day of check in. We can not determine days prior to check in if housekeeping will have the unit ready earlier than 3pm.



LINENS AND BATH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. We provide enough TP (1 roll per bathroom), paper towels (1 roll) and trash bags (1 bag in bin and 1 back up bag) to get you started. Please bring your own supply to last your stay. Guests must be 25+ to rent

The host, Brooke, was fabulous to deal with. Very helpful and patient with all my questions.Property was clean and best thing it was pet friendly so for a friends were able to enjoy the beach. I’m one of the best features was the Pac-Man video table, which provided much entertainment.!

From arrival to departure, this stay was great. Parking is open and convenient, and access to the apartment is easy and safe. The place is spacious and clean with a well-stocked kitchen. The quiet beach is steps away, but also a short drive from the boardwalk and grocery store. The host is communicative and you’ll have everything you need. Definitely recommend!

this is a great place to stay. We enjoyed it very much it’s close to secrets and coconuts which we walked to a few times. It’s in a great location with plenty of places to walk to. Brooke the host was awesome with commuting with us during our stay. And don’t forget the Great view of the ocean from the balcony, we enjoyed beautiful sunrises every morning. Accurately described listing that is well maintained. Plenty of room for everyone in our party, including the dog. The location is great, just steps to the beach. Because it is located across from the Convention Center, the beach is less crowded. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you prefer. Our host Brooke, was extremely organized, responsive and accommodating. Will we schedule for this property again next year!
