THE LOCATION

Stroll mere steps from your door to the beach for blissful days spent playing in the gorgeous sand and surf. Then, walk the historic boardwalk to seaside attractions, activities, dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Spend the day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park, featuring roller coasters and a water park (1.5 miles).

Drive 3 miles to Baja Amusements, a 10-acre fun park offering family-friendly activities such as go-karts and mini-golf.

Visit Isle of Wight, a wildlife preserve with a diversity of birdlife, picnic areas, kayaking spots, and piers for crabbing and fishing (4.5 miles).

Test your luck at Ocean Downs Casino (7 miles).

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This was not the unit we where we stayed. We were moved to 302 Ocean Pointe. This is a review of that unit.:The location and size of the unit were awesome! Very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath. Had everything we needed. Unit was obviously "winterized" so we had to have a few things done. Floors were in need of sweeping, which we took care of. Front door needs to be replaced. Large gap across the bottom which cold air blew through. Even though it is a metal door, it looks warped. Placed a towel across the bottom to try to keep the cold air out. Wind was blowing so strong it kept pushing the towel away. Window treatments are dated, completely worn out. Needs replacing.

Not as advertised. This was far from a “renovated penthouse”. The home was unclean and outdated. Surfaces were not wiped down, dust bunnies in every corner, hair in showers/sinks. There were many tiny bugs in kitchen near sink and garbage. The balcony has not been cleaned in years.The beds were so uncomfortable we did not sleep our entire stay. Not only was it uncomfortable it was noisy/squeaky.The screen door was inoperable. The coffee maker was broken along with a kitchen chair and chairs on balcony.The location is this place’s only redeeming quality.

A premium price for a condo in a premium location produces an expectation that the condo itself should be in premium condition. This unfortunately is not the case with this condo. Old, worn, and run down are the apt adjectives when describing it. You can do better

Great location

Location was convenient for car show we were able to watch morning boardwalk parade and enjoy the ocean then in evening go to the sidewalk and watch cars lapping. Easy access a few restaurants. Had 2 parking spots mostly took bus.

I would look for somewhere else if you can

The listing says recently renovated. If you consider recently several years ago, and consider renovation as in some new counter tops and vanity’s then slap some paint down and fill it with yard sale items. The renovation is a landlord special at best. The condo was very dirty. I’m talking my bare feet were black in 5 mins just walking around. The sheets and blankets were stained. The walls had a layer of dust building near vents. Huge dust bunnies under everything. This place is not professionally cleaned or even cleaned beyond changing sheets, to “clean ones”. There was sand all over the floors. There was no vacuum to clean it up, just an old broom. We had to clean the floor the best we could because we have small children. Vacasa messaged me to ask about the cleanliness and I showed them a picture. They said they would pass the info along. No one else reached out, they don’t care. I would not recommend staying here, there’s plenty of other options around. They provided the bare minimum with house hold items. 2 rolls of cheap toilet paper and 2 trash bags, for a family of 4 for a week. We had to go purchase all the items to be in the house. I have never had to do that in any other rental before and I have used VRBO for years and rented several properties each year. This is the first bad review I have written. Every morning around 5-6 am a dumpster was emptied right outside. It was pretty loud, it’s just a location thing but worth noting since it woke me up every morning.

Awesome spot

This building is rignt on the boardwalk and 2 miles away from the end of the pier where the jolly rogers park is. You can take the trolly every day starting at noon and ride down to the end. Its so fun. I will absolutely be going back

Great condo right on the boardwalk. Top floor with a corner room and a spectacular view from the balcony. Condo itself was clean and roomy. Price was extremely reasonable. Don’t have anything negative to say other then I wish we stayed longer!

Beautiful well equipped condo, excellent location

This is a beautifully redone 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that is located right on the boardwalk with a large terrace facing the ocean. The living room has floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean, and it has a magnificent view of the ocean. There were a few major issues and a bunch of minor issues. The dishwasher didn’t work at all, there were no window shades or curtains in the entire condo (perhaps they are being ordered because there was a pen and pad of paper from a window shade company), broken drain plug in master bath, missing batteries in remotes, and some missing items that one would expect to find in a beach condo (manual can opener, blender, peeler, cookie sheet, large soup/salad bowls, placemats, hand broom). The location of the condo is perfect with it directly in the boardwalk at 20th street. There is a covered parking space under the building. There was no beach equipment provided at all. The kitchen is well equipped, although we did have to sharpen the few knives that were provided. There was an ample supply of soap, cleaners, and paper goods for the whole week. A special nice touch was that shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, bar soap, hand sanitizer, and wipes were all provided. We had frustrating communications with the management company when we tried to report issues. They were polite and easy to reach by phone and text, but they did not follow up promptly to take action, and they did not call back as promised.

Overall it is a good condo in an excellent location. A little feedback: There are absolutely no window coverings or blinds in the entire condo which is makes it extremely difficult to no only change clothes, but to also get children bathed and dressed. And no way to control light from the sun. Also, alot of the surfaces were dusty, some dried noodles and dried broccoli stuck to the floor under the dining room chairs and table. The cleanliness issue is to be expected a little in a beach rental but a little more attention would have been desired especially with everything going on. And we battled hundreds of ants in the dining room and kitchen during our entire stay. At least 2 hours each day was used to clean up ants by wiping them up with cleaner. The master shower/tub drain plug does not work so the bathtub is not usable. And the shower heads need to be cleaned out or replaced to fix very low pressure. And the sliding screen door doesn'ork at all, rollers are shot. The ants, cleanliness and window treatments were the hardest things to deal with. The rest was ok.
