Welcome to Our Place at the Beach 102H! This classic Beach Condo is located on the 1st Floor in the H Building of the Our Place at the Beach Community. Comfortably sleeping up to 6 and offering a beautiful *seasonal* Outdoor Pool area, Picnic area, and courtyard, it’s the perfect getaway. This Condo is in an ideal location for the family that wants to be close to all the action, while still enjoying the perks of a fabulous family-friendly and secure community complete with 24-hour security and monitoring! Even better, Our Place at the Beach 102H allows you to avoid the weekend traffic by offering mini week stays!

As you enter this home and wander down the hall passing the 2 Bedrooms, you will enter into the open Living Room and Dining Room - an ideal space for the family to gather in the comfort of AC, enjoy a movie on the Smart TV, and relax after a fun-filled day in the sun. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax without ever feeling crowded. The Kitchen is just off the main living space and great for a quick breakfast or a cozy dinner in. Slip out to the Screened Porch with steps right out to the large courtyard - a great place to let the kids run around and play!

The Primary Bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 with a cozy Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, and Attached Full Bath with a Walk-in Shower. Bedroom 2 sleeps 2 with 2 Twin Beds.
As you wander down the hall, you will find the stacked Washer and Dryer. There is also a Full Bath with a Shower/Tub combo.

This lovely community, tucked back on the quiet bayside off Old Landing Road, - is a short stroll to the Beach and is close to a wide variety of dining options such as Bull on the Beach, Liquid Assets or Lombardi’s Pizza!.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
