The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a pair of double beds, and the living room has a Queen sleep sofa so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. The property has high speed wifi/internet so you can enjoy streaming with your login credentials from the Smart TVs. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit. This condo is also handicapped/wheelchair accessible with 36" door openings and comes with 2 parking spaces, one covered assigned and another unassigned. You'll have two parking spaces, one assigned and another unassigned. Condo is located on the fourth floor and there is an elevator in the building. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse, Tequila Frogs and Alley Oops to name a few! Also close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options!

*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $128.75. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
