Welcome to Ocean Village 5, a spacious oceanfront townhome on 78th Street offering multiple levels of living, beautiful upgrades, and room for the whole group. With three bedrooms, two baths, and approximately 1,380 square feet of living space, this home comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests while combining functionality with stunning direct ocean views in a relaxed coastal setting. During the summer season, this home rents Saturday to Saturday; in the off-season, any three-night stay is welcome.
The main living level features an open and inviting space with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, and a comfortable living area with a queen sleep sofa. One bedroom is also located on this level, offering a queen bed and a private ensuite bath with a glass-enclosed stand-up shower, making it a convenient option for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
Upstairs, the layout continues with two additional bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and access to a private balcony with direct ocean views, creating a peaceful retreat to start and end your day. The third bedroom is ideal for larger families or groups, offering two twin-over-queen bunk beds. These two upper-level bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower combination.
One of the standout features of this home is its three balconies, including two direct oceanfront balconies, providing multiple spaces to take in the views and enjoy the coastal breeze. The home has been beautifully decorated and includes thoughtful upgrades throughout, along with a new washer and dryer for added convenience. Two TVs with both cable and streaming access ensure easy entertainment during your stay.
Located on 78th Street, the property offers easy access to nearby dining and conveniences within walking distance. Guests can enjoy local favorites such as The Bayside Skillet on 77th Street and Salt Water 75 on 75th Street, both just a short walk away. The property also includes two parking spaces, making arrival and departure simple and convenient.

The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. The property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
