Oceanfront Condo with an outdoor pool! Stay beach front at this sunny condo in uptown Ocean City! Enjoy the breathtaking view of the beach and Atlantic Ocean through the large windows with easy beach access just steps away. You can enjoy beautiful sunrises from an oceanfront balcony on the east side of this condo or relax watching gorgeous sunsets on the west facing balcony and enjoy the view of the bay and the town. The spacious layout includes conveniences such as free high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer and even has new stainless-steel appliances. This condo has one true bedroom with a queen-sized bed. This is a true 1-bedroom condo, but the dining room also has been converted to a second bedroom with accordion type doors (see pics) which you can close or leave open. This room has a twin daybed with a twin trundle so you can sleep 4 people in this condo. Situated on the 11th floor of Fountainhead Towers, this condo provides a sense of exclusivity and privacy, while still being just steps away from the beach. Take a dip in the refreshing pool or explore the many nearby restaurants and activities such as Alley Oops or the original Greene Turtle!  

Located at 116th Street and Coastal Highway, you'll find the quieter side of Ocean City with tons of entertainment nearby. Fountainhead Towers has a long list of amenities including a pool, courtyard, tennis court, pickle ball courts, off-street registered parking, and brand-new elevators. Check out the restaurant behind the building as well.

Please note Fountainhead Towers has a $60 building amenity fee. This includes one parking pass. This fee needs to be paid at the building upon arrival and is cash only. An additional parking space is available on a first come, first served basis directly through the Fountainhead Towers when you arrive. Additional passes, if available are $50 week and typically are easily available.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $83.75. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Overall, this is a nice condo with a great view of the ocean and easy access to a variety of local amenities. The place was very clean when we arrived and despite having some initial problems with the entry, the host was extremely prompt and helpful and got us in in no time. I'm sure it is noted in the descriptions, but aside from the right selection of appliances, you should be prepared to make a run to Food Lion for the smaller stuff like dish detergent, coffee pods, etc. I know it was the end of the season, but the unit could use a little TLC. For example, the first visual upon opening the front door was that a sliding door to the hall closet was hanging off the track. Not a great first impression. Also, the utensils (knives, forks, spoons) could use refreshing. Not too many left. Not deal killers by any stretch, but little details that would have tied things up nicely. I think we would definitely book this unit again.

Decent property with nice pool

Best things about the property: Kitchen had all the gadgets and ware we needed. The main bedroom was very nice. Both patios are lovely and have beautiful views. Check in and checkout process were easy and contactless.Improvement opportunities: the bathroom was not clean ( floors muddy when wet, shower mold build up). The trundle bed was so uncomfortable. The furniture on the beach side patio is falling apart.

We had a great time in Ocean city, Maryland. Condo was justvas pictured, had everything we needed for the weekend. Close to grocery store and shops. Easy access to beach. Just a short drive to boardwalk, restaurants, and seacrets.

GREAT Vaca!

Fountainhead Towers 1109 is awesome. The owner and property manager made everything so easy. Check-in was flawless and simple, they emailed a code and we had no issues. Ample parking is so nice, one less thing to worry about. The condo was clean and cozy, a nice place to call 'home' while you're away. With a location right on the beach and a pool when you're tired of sand, this place offers everything you need on a vacation. A balcony with a view of the oceanfront, and a balcony with a view of the bay, you get the best of both worlds. The restaurant choices just across the road are endless, with desserts and shopping too. If you want to venture out, the central location was perfect. 15 minutes from the boardwalk, 20 minutes from outlets. We had a blast. The kids are already asking when we can return!

Amazing Condo and Location!!

We enjoyed this condo so much, it quickly became our family’s favorite place we have stayed so far! The location was great, the condo was clean, a great oceanfront balcony, and had lots of space! Everything you need was on the kitchen for preparing meals and they had a great binder of information. Great condo, clean, and would definitely recommend!!
