This tastefully decorated waterfront condo has two bedrooms and two baths and is located on the seventh floor of the Carousel Hotel, which is famous for its ice rink and amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, game room, and gym. The hotel has two restaurants as well as a bistro and a beach terrace service bar. From the condo's spacious waterfront balcony, stretching all the way from the living room to the primary bedroom, one can enjoy beautiful sunrises, while the bayside balcony with a view of the city and the bay offers gorgeous sunsets. The open kitchen is updated and well supplied with all necessary implements. There are a full-size washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has two queen-size beds. There are three large TVs and free WiFi.

*The opening and closing of building amenities is at the discretion of the building. Please note during the off-season some amenities are not operable. Call with questions.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
