Located on the first floor, this cozy efficiency offers breathtaking beach views, a private ocean view deck with patio direct beach walkout, and all the comforts of home. Inside, you'll find a queen bed, sofa bed, full kitchen with modern appliances (including a dishwasher and microwave), updated bathroom, and convenient washer/dryer. Stay cool with AC and enjoy entertainment on the 43-inch smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and more.

Perfect for a beach getaway, the property offers essential amenities like WiFi, heating, and a fully stocked kitchen. Property has: Dishes, silverware and pots and pans, cups, mugs, coffee machine, ice maker, a toaster and a blender. Air conditioning, Washer, Dryer, Oven, and Microwave.

While the beach is right at your doorstep, you'll also be near popular attractions like restaurants, shops, and Northside Park’s jogging trails and playing fields. Location couldn’t be beat! Beach walkout was wonderful and having one assigned parking spot was convenient. The place was a good size for just my partner and I. The WiFi seemed to cut out quite often, but other than that couldn’t be a better spot.

Cute and clean efficiency apartment/condo that has all the basic essentials that you will need. This is North Ocean City so you're about 20 minutes from the boardwalk. Very close to ice cream, souvenirs and restaurants. Walk right off your back deck into the sand. Very short walk down a path to get to the ocean. We loved the location, especially distance to the beach. Beach was never overly crowded. Neighbirs were very nice.

Just what we needed!

This was a perfect getaway for our family of 4. Had just enough space and all of the amenities we needed, and the immediate beach access can't be beat! Lunch on the shaded deck was a nice break in the middle of the beach day, without the need to clean our kids too thoroughly. We were able to walk to restaurants and coffee, as well as prepare food in the kitchen. And the only time we had an issue (a brief outage in WiFi), the owner immediately responded to a text, performed a remote reset, and we were back in business quickly.

We had an incredible week at this studio apartment! Location is key. The apartment is comfortable and well furnished, though some of the amenities listed on the page were conspicuously absent (hair dryer, beach loungers, beach towels) and the bed was a bit marshmallow-y. None of that could detract from the location, the pristine beach, the sunsets, and the proximity to restaurants/shopping.

Perfect vacation for my husband and I! We loved just walking right out to the beach and sitting on the deck playing cards and a drink with the ocean breeze and sound of the waves. Great location, great price

We absolutely adored our stay at this property and in North Ocean City. The North end of town is perfect for families. It's a 20 minute drive to the boardwalk and there's plenty of things to do on the north side of town as well. The beach access is fantastic and the reason why we booked this property. There is a very short walk to the beach which we found was not crowded at all. When you get back from the beach, there's a conveniently located hose at the bottom of the porch walkup to use to get the sand off. We enjoyed having meals on the back porch, watching the sun rise in the mornings and enjoying the shade in the evenings. It was the perfect place for us. The owners were very responsive to us before, during, and after our stay. We highly recommend this propery for couples or families that don't mind sleeping in close proximity.
