So much damage to this place Vbro should not even list it. Parts of the property unusable for safety concerns. Over 1000 a night and all owner says is sorry. Renters beware the reviews are correct. Not up to VRBO quality
Can't say the pics weren't accurate but a closer look and things were shabby, falling apart, out of date. Felt like a house for a college kids vacation...not for a family and certainly not for the price. Most everything needs to be updated.
Awesome location right on the beach. Had my morning coffee overlooking the ocean. Walk out the door right on to the beach. The owner is apparently razing this property and building new. Hope it's a VRBO when he's done!
The property is very dated. The verticals blinds hanging in the upstairs bedroom and the living room were falling off their rods and not able to be put back up as they are very old and the glue is dried out.
Deck was over crowded w a broken chaise lounge and very old/worn white plastic chairs. Umbrella stand was rusted and unusable. Broken deck boxes littered the lower deck as well as more old furniture and garden decorations. The rooftop deck is in extreme disrepair and should not be used as it seems unsafe. This was even commented on by the neighbors.
The king size mattress looks to be from the 1980âs and is very worn. The rest of the beds in the house are no more than glorified cots.
There was one area rug in the upstairs bathroom and in the laundry area. Not another in the entire house. Makes for very sand filled floors.
The property sleeps 9-10 people but only 4 towels and 2 hand towels were left for the â1 towel per personâ
There was one 3 drawer dresser In the bottom bedroom. No more in the house. So we lived out of suitcases all week.
There were very few decorations in the house and many holes left in all the walls from old decor.
The kitchen was lacking in basic utensils. Only 4 forks so we went and bought plastic ware to use for the week. One set of pots was fine except the Teflon was peeling off the largest pot.
It is evident that this property was recently purchased and furnished to the bare minimum so they could get it rented out.
