• 50% refund 14+ days prior to check-in
• 50% refund 7–14 days prior to check-in
• Cleaning fee only refunded if canceled <7 days

Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.
