* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Hawaiian Village does not have an elevator.
Hawaiian Village has 3 buildings: Royal Hawaiian is a 4-story building facing 142nd Street, Outrigger is a 2-story building off of 141st street and Waikiki is a beachfront building. This condo is located in the Outrigger building.
* One parking spot is provided in an open lot. There is additional parking available on the street.
* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. We cannot be responsible for changes in pool hours, dates of operation or pool closures.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 141st street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 4 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
