Ocean City, MD 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean block condo in North Ocean City. Our condo comes with cable, WIFI and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the beach during the day and walk to many local restaurants at night. Condo sleeps 7 and rents from Sunday to Sunday during peak season. Partial weeks and weekends are available during off season. This is a family friendly unit and we only rent to adults 25 and older. NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS!

Cute place in a great location

Place was cute and spacious for our party of 5. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking/eating in. Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and floors were generally clean, there was dust on the kitchen cabinets and filters in ac were filthy, but we have high standards as we ran a cleaning company. Was a bit disappointed to arrive and find it was a third floor walk up as nothing was mentioned in the description. Three of our party have back issues and arthritic knees so stairs are difficult. I probably should have inquired but as most places I'd looked at had it clearly stated in their description, I thought we'd be safe! I had asked that any scented plug ins be removed before we got there as they make us sick and was assured they would be. They weren't... Host was supposed to provide towels, soap, paper towels and toilet paper, but there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom (2), hand soap was empty in the kitchen and no towels. Host argued with me during our call with VRBO customer service, saying it was impossible to provide toilet paper as it gets stolen and stating she'd stocked hand soap at the beginning of the summer (we did find a spare under a bathroom sink we used). All in all we had a good trip but having to call (and argue) about what should have been there (even the customer service agent said he could see it stated in the ad for her place) put a damper on the start of our trip!

Great location

The location of this place is great. Super close to walk to the beach and right by a lot of great restaurants. Owner always responded very quickly and the living space was larger than expected (roomier than what the pictures showed). Three issues to note 1) noticed a small ant problem towards the end of the week. We got donuts and had them in the box on the counter. Came back later that day and there were ants all over it. But didn’t really notice them in days prior 2) if you are sensitive to fragrance this place js not for you. There are A LOT of plug in air fresheners in the small space. I removed them all as soon as we entered and it took days for the small to lessen. Gave me a headache and caused my son to break out a bit. 3) not the most friendly for small kids. We traveled with an infant, 6 and 9 year old. The downstairs neighbors play loud music and were extremely loud when coming and going from the beach at all times of the morning and day. You could clearly hear them throughout the apartment. But there was a 15 min window around lunch time one day when my kids were running round playing a game and they complained about the noise. So if you have small kids this might not be the place for you.

Great stay steps to the beach

Our family has never visited OCMD and this rental was such a pleasant surprise. You are steps to the beach and in a quieter spot without big hotels/condos, so not as crowded as well. Kathy was responsive and kind. Would definitely stay again! Thank you again!

Charming 3 Bedroom Steps Away From the Beach

Cant really complain when your steps away from the ocean: good food, attractions, sense of community. Other than having to wash/dry a few sheets/towels this property fit our family of five (three kiddos, wife and I). Wonderful beach decor, well proportioned kitchen, working ACs, washer/dry (what a convenience), and more importantly a responsive and communicative host. Ms Glynn is the best! Highly recommend this property.

The condo is SO clean and cute..steps from the beach. Close to restaurants, other amusements from mini-golf to parasailing. The check in process was really easy, owner communication was really great. There are games, books, completely outfitted kitchen, as well.

OCM stay

Place is nice, very neat and clean. Beds were comfortable, lots of pillows and blankets. Bathrooms were clean, and kitchen was well stocked with lovely dishes and cutlery. Beach was easily accessible, and very family friendly. Overall, a lovely experience.
