This condo is a delight to come home to after days spent boogie boarding or sunbathing, offering blissful air conditioning, a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits, and a living room with a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is fully appointed as well, with a breakfast bar for three, an adjacent dining room table for six, and a dishwasher for easy, stress-free clean-up.


Ocean Place is beautifully situated in the northernmost reaches of Ocean City, on an oceanfront piece of property that backs up to the dunes and the wide ocean beach. Here at the Maryland-Delaware state line, you can walk to the complex's outdoor swimming pool, the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, the Sun & Surf Cinema, Nick's Mini-Golf, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, and an assortment of excellent restaurants, sweet shops, bars, tax-free shopping, and other attractions.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
