OCEANFRONT, 2 bedroom 2 bedroom condo in the Century 1 building! Enjoy some of Ocean City's best views (sunrises and sunsets) while being only steps from the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This north facing, 2 story, 25th floor condo offers both ocean and bay views, making it the perfect destination for your next beach getaway! The upper level includes amazing ocean views from the living areas, kitchen and dining room. The master bedroom is also on this floor and you'll enjoy a bay view, private balcony and a king bed. The entry level includes the second bedroom with a bathroom just outside the bedroom door. This bedroom has two twin beds, a bay view (perfect to watch sunsets) and a TV. In addition to the two bedrooms, the living room also includes a queen sleep sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. The living room and downstairs bedroom both have smart TVs so you can enjoy your favorite streaming services (with your login credentials). You'll also enjoy complimentary wifi/high speed internet, a washer and dryer and one parking space. *Please note that this property books Saturday to Saturday with a 7 night minimum during peak summer months.
Guests of Century I have access to great facilities that include an indoor pool (open seasonally), an oceanfront sun deck, and a fully renovated gym with a sauna. A variety of restaurants and attractions are conveniently located within walking distance, including Liquid Assets, Trattoria Lombardi's, and the Ocean City Public Library. You'll also be a short drive or bus ride from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk on the south side of town and beautiful Northside Park up at 126th Street - the host of fun events throughout the year as well as a fishing/crabbing pier, an expansive playground, and peaceful walking paths. The building also has an elevator for easy access to the upper floors.
Please note the Century I has a $50 building amenity use fee. This fee is NOT INCLUDED in your final reservation price and will need to be paid at the building upon arrival. This fee includes one parking space. Additional spaces are available on a first come, first served basis directly through the Century I building when you arrive.
*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $109.95. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soap and paper products.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.
* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
