This midtown condo is perfectly located off of 40th St., directly across the street from the Convention and Performing Arts Center. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a single futon. The futon can sleep one adult or two children. There's also a full-sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 5 (or 6 if a small child) people comfortably. You'll enjoy complimentary high-speed internet/Wi-Fi and you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials) with the Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. The condo also has a fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig and blender, washer/dryer, a large balcony and you'll have one covered, unassigned parking space in the parking garage are below the building. With this great location, you'll be in walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars and activities in town. You're in walking distance to Seacrets, 45th St. Taphouse, Macky's, mini golf and much more! Please note: this condo is on the second floor and there is not an elevator in the building. Also, covered parking has a low clearance of 6'3" although uncovered parking is normally always available as well. There may also be free street parking on either side of the building, subject to availability.

*All properties come with blankets/comforters and pillows. Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $95. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation (or after) if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
