Welcome to this beautiful North Ocean City 2-bedroom, 2-bath bayside condo, perfectly located just off Coastal Highway—close to the beach, dining, and entertainment, yet set back enough to offer a peaceful retreat. While there are no water views, the interior is bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully furnished for comfort and convenience. The spacious primary bedroom features a plush king bed and private bath, while the second bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests with a pyramid bunk—featuring a double bed on the bottom and an twin on top for added comfort. In the living area, a double Murphy bed conveniently folds out from a stylish crezenda, allowing the condo to comfortably sleep up to 7 guests.

The open-concept living and dining space includes a table that seats six, along with a breakfast bar and three stools for casual meals or morning coffee. A fully equipped kitchen offers full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and everything you need for easy vacation dining. You'll also appreciate the convenience of a modern, front-loading washer and dryer. Stay connected and entertained with WiFi and two TVs, located in the main living area and primary bedroom. Best of all, the property features a refreshing outdoor pool—perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or simply relaxing under the sun.

Whether you're planning a quick weekend getaway or an extended stay, this condo offers flexible 3+ night rentals during both the in-season and off-season, making it a fantastic choice any time of year.


Guest must supply all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer/dryer in condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

Needed a last minute place to stay for Oceans Calling Festival. Condo was spacious and cute! It is about 30 minutes from the main ocean city area but we didn't mind.

Pros:The place was very cleanThe listing was accurateWasher/dryer new and niceThe A/C worked very well Cons:Very loud building. Sleeping in the living room was next to impossible, as you could hear the neighbors TV constantly and any and all overhead noise. The furnishings were dingy and dated. Shower curtain was stained. There weren’t even bathmats in the bathrooms, and there was what appeared to mold on the vent in the hall bath. There was no where to put any toiletries in the primary bath, and also no closet in that room. There was only a cupboard with 2 shelves which was difficult to access. The bunk room had a closet but no dresser to put anything. I booked this place rather last minute and I was aware we would need to bring paper products but bringing your own toilet paper to a place where you are paying almost a thousand dollars for 3 nights was kind of crazy. The check in process was inconvenient as the office was 5 miles from the listing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place because the value for the price was unsatisfactory.

North Ocean City Summer 2025

Beautifully decorated unit, nice beach theme with lots of nice touches. We didn’t cook but enjoyed the good sized kitchen with bar seats and living room areas to relax. Nice easy to use TVs and washer/dryer set. Bedrooms are nice size although the master bath is tiny. Only issues were that the family above us was very loud, the location is a bit further from the beach than we prefer; and finding the pool was challenging (a basic map & a note telling people that the pool is posted with a sign that says For Lost Colony Owners/Renters Only would be super helpful).

Great

Great stay. 5 of us were there. Check in was a bit too long but the place was nice. The Murphy bed is the under the TV in living room FYI. Nice neighborhood and not too far from beach. We walked to it some of the days or drove and set up early to the free parking by Nicks and got lucky later on finding a spot.
