The bright and welcoming living area opens onto a private deck overlooking the canal. Step outside to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening enjoying the salty breezes. Just steps away, guests can also enjoy access to the canal-front pierâperfect for throwing in a rod!
Inside, the townhome features an updated kitchen fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay. The open layout flows easily between the kitchen and dining area, creating a cozy place for family and friends to gather. Central air conditioning keeps the home cool throughout the summer months, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer makes stays easy and comfortable.
The spacious master bedroom provides a peaceful retreat, featuring a king-size bed, television, and a private balcony with canal views. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower for added comfort and convenience. Bedroom two offers a queen bed, television, and easy access to a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
