As an added bonus our cottage boasts energy efficient features and cutting-edge technology designed to minimize our ecological footprint. Dedicated free parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

Saturday to Saturday 7-day bookings during the summer season. Four night minimum at other times.

It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Clean gas grill grate/utensils and hang on hooks. Cover gas grill, securing cover with Velcro straps. Return beach items to 'Beach Storage'. Check 'Beach Storage' and Patio Room' for your belongings.

The home is beautiful! The family room and kitchen are comfortable with unique touches including storage and well supplied. The appliances are new and worked wonderfully. The bedrooms, each with their own bathroom were divine. Fresh linens, clean floors and bathrooms that sparkled. The porches and fenced backyard patio area were an extra bonus. The home is located just minutes from local eateries including a Harris Teeter with a Starbucks. The street is quiet and safe. Peter was great and easy to communicate with. He provided us with everything we needed to know. This is our favorite stay in the area by far. Thanks again- be back next fall!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The location was perfect, a quiet side street, which was an easy walk to and from the beach, plenty of parking. From the top balcony, you can see the ocean. The house was immaculate and still smells new. There was plenty of space for 6 people and could have even more with all the beds in the house. It was so nice to have 3 full bathrooms, we were able to get showered and ready very quickly. Our host, Peter, was very responsive to my questions. We will be back!

Great family vacation home!

This home was exactly as listed. We have been coming to Ocean City for the past 13 years with our kids and grandkids. This was the cleanest place we have rented and everything worked (appliances/ washer/ dryer, etc). The bedrooms are big and the house was definitely big enough for 6 adults and 6 kids. The balcony offered a nice view and place to hangout. It was a very short walk to the beach. Having the beds already made when we got there was nice (after our 10 hour drive!). And the hosts even had a nice welcome "basket" for our arrival. We would definitely recommend this rental and are already talking about returning to this house.

Spacious Clean and Relaxing

This house is the perfect getaway for a family or friends trip! The kitchen is fully stocked, the bedrooms are spacious and can sleep five, closets are spacious! The sunroom rocks! The decks are relaxing for happy hour, sunrises, and sunsets! The outdoor lower deck and outside shower is awesome! You can’t go wrong renting this house! The owner is very thoughtful! I give this a 20!

Excellent week!

Our family had a wonderful stay - the cottage is recently renovated and it shows, super clean and modern with a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are roomy and we loved having multiple decks to relax out on with our morning coffee or a book in the afternoon. Easy, short 1-2 min walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and mini-golf close by. Peter was incredibly responsive to any questions we had as well. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach house!

Such a great house for our family! Plenty of living space, easy parking and great location. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The owners did a fabulous job & we had so much fun that we can’t wait to go back!

Great week at the beach!

We had an excellent stay at the beach house. It’s modern, bright, convenient, and comfortable. Each bedroom has tons of storage and feels very private - great for a big group like ours! They even had little stools for young kids to wash their hands, etc. By the fourth day, we were still remarking on how nice the house was. It also came equipped with all of the beach amenities you could need - chairs, sand toys, and games. The location is unbeatable. Less than a 1-minute walk to the beach, and blocks to restaurants, mini golf, donuts, etc., plus an easy 5-minute drive to Food Lion. We would definitely return!

The property is brand new, very spacious, high quality, and wonderfully decorated. The owners thought of everything to make renting convenient and their communications pre, during, and post stay were outstanding. We were a little apprehensive to rent a brand-new property with little on-line history, but we are planning to rent the property again.
