Location is great! You do have to drive to the other side of the beach for a check-in envelope with parking passes. The furniture is dated and not comfortable. The condo is nice but the furniture makes it feel dated. Overall we slept there and were enjoying the festival.

Complete lack of communication when problems arise

First let me say that the property in question was clean and check-in easy. But when you have an issue, DO NOT expect resolution during your stay. Had a TV not working in Master bedroom called the number given and was told that someone would be there the next day. Three days later and after calling again someone showed up to try and resolve the issue. The gentleman was unable to fix the issue, and we were told that the owners son would stop by and fix said issue. Two days later we left and no one ever came by or made further communication about the problem. I guess out of sight out of mind? I know its a TV set but when you have elderly in-laws that feel the need for it, it does effect their enjoyment of the stay. Also may want to indicate on the room description if it has handrails in the bath room shower area. Again older folks may need these accommodations and would help when picking a room. Overall due to the lack of communication and the feeling that it was not important to the management company I would not recommend using them

Great location!

GREAT LOCATION! We arrived late at night so check in information was a little vague- we had trouble locating parking garage, it was not specified that we had assigned parking spots or where they were located in the building, finding the unit was a little confusing and also how to enter the unit was not clear- it gave you 2 options on envelope to key in and when you are entering late at night you pray you are not trying to enter the wrong room. The unit was clean and spacious, the only suggestions I have would be to fix the kitchen sink faucet its not easy to wash dishes if you have to hold the lever on the entire time for the water to run. I would also install proper curtains or blinds in the master bedroom, it is extremely bright at night when you are trying to sleep.

Elmo towers used to be one of our favorite rental sites. We had 2 u it’s this time through two different agencies. You can tell the maintenance for individual units is not taking care of things, light bulbs out, batteries in remotes no good, scuffs on walls, gouges on walls, CleNing iffy

Best location in OCMD

Perfect location for our Labor Day weekend. Condo had everything we needed for beach and boardwalk fun. Only issue was people constantly parking in our reserved spot, but building mgmt was very helpful.

Excellent Boardwalk Location!

Really enjoyed being at the bottom end of the boardwalk. The side view, overlooking the pool and having the Ferris Wheels and Assateague Island in the background was wonderful. During our search we saw several folks listed a few items not working but we actually found the place well-equipped and fully functional. Water pressure is a little low but, other than that, we had no concerns at all and would absolutely recommend this lovely condo for a weeks' getaway!

The condo was beautiful and well decorated. We do have a few complaints which I didn't report until we checked out. so I don't know if they got reported to the owner or not. The shower pressure is pretty bad. The kitchen faucet had a slow drip which didn't bother us but I just wanted the owner to know because it will affect his or her water bill. The kitchen sink was very..... very stained and dirty around the sides. We couldn't get it cleaned. The sofa bed mattress was biggest problem. It so bad that we had to take the cushions from the couch and chairs and put under the mattress to help support us from falling into the frame of the bed. There were 6 of us and with only 2 beds we needed to use it We are all senior citizens and it was so very uncomfortable to sleep on it. Cant say if the oven, Dishwasher or stove worked because we didn't use them. We only used the coffee pot, Microwave, and the fridge and they were fine. Need more glasses and cups which didn't affect us because I brought disposal ones with me for everyone to use. The only thing we use is the silverware and one or two bowls. We went out for breakfast lunch and dinner.....afterall we only went down for 4 days for Sunfest.

DO NOT RENT THIS CONDO!!!! So much wrong with this place!

This place is horrible for being in a high end building and price range. I have photos of mold on walls and ceiling - that got worse in a 24 hour period. They sent a woman with cleaning spray to wipe the mold off. The smell was awful. The garbage disposal and toaster didn't work. No luggage carts available to unload your belongings. This necessitate multiple trips by hand all while waiting long periods for an elevator. At check-in there was only one parking garage door opener when there were supposed to be two. I have photos of a large wall outlet completely exposed with wires hanging out - approx. size is at least 6-8" wide and long. The carpet is frayed and unraveling; the fireplace had water running down the glass. This was supposed to be a stocked kitchen - it was a mish mash of a few glasses, bowls and old pots and pans that were scratched so badly we wouldn't cook in them. The comforters on the bed looked like they hadn't been washed in years and smelled. There is no water pressure in the showers; shower heads drip water. The whirlpool tub faucets didn't work. The pool is small for a building of this size. I could go on and on, but I will not bore you with all of the details. Please save yourself from this condo and from the Belmont Towers overall. I have been going to Ocean City for 30 years. We always stay in very nice, high end locations, but I can honestly say this was the worst experience ever. I will never stay in this building again ... I wish someone would have warned me like I am warning any future renters. Stay away from this condo if you don't want your vacation ruined. Stay away from Belmont Towers if you don't want to be frustrated daily. We look forward to our next visit to OCMD - but I can assure you it will never be in this condo or in this building.
