Condo a 2 lits queen dans la chambre et un canapé-lit queen dans L / r. snack-bar, cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, espace W / D. 2 téléviseurs avec câble / wifi. Le parking a un espace commun avec le parc et la baie du côté nord qui accueille des événements, des concerts avec des coupes glacées, du paddle board, du crabe. épicerie, bar, bagels Uber (meilleurs bagels de l'île. Soyez prêt à attendre en ligne), métro, coupe de cheveux juste là! L'océan est à 2 minutes à pied de l'autre côté de la rue. Vous avez tout! emplacement Emplacement !! Île Assateque et poneys à 20 minutes. Boardwalk. Tellement plus!

Nice little place

Mainly just needed a place to sleep and shower while visiting for the Boardwalk Rock music fest. This place worked for that. Is very conveniently located next to a bus stop for getting to the fest with places to grab a bite in walking distance as well.

We were staying at the condo for my daughter’s softball tournament. The location was perfect, since it was next to the fields and out of the routine congestion. I was also happy with the cleanliness of the condo.

Clean and no frills. If you need a place to stay that is safe, clean, inexpensive, and has a pool, then this is for you. It is no frills. The beds are comfy, and the AC unit can keep up with the humidity. The location near Northside Park is excellent. The beds are comfortable. If you are planning to cook more than spaghetti and sauce, the kitchen is not well-stocked.

Perfect place for a weekend beach trip with my teen. It’s an old beach condo, so don’t expect anything fancy, but it was clean, cozy, had all the amenities we needed, and bonus - backed to Northside Park. Met Geraldine on the way out and she was also warm and lovely. Thanks for a perfect MDW 2025 stay!

Place was exactly as listing described! Super clean. Loved the location. The owner even made the extra trip and dropped off toilet paper to us because there wasn’t any stocked! Above and beyond! Would definitely stay again.

This property was very nice and just like the pictures. Perfect for me and a few of my friends for a quick little weekend vacation. Close to an awesome bagel place, donut shop, and pizza place as well as a grocery store. Just a short walk across the street to the beach.

This property was near everything. 1 block from beach and 1 block from Northside Park. I was hoping the condo was a little nicer inside.

Great condo!

We had a great stay here for senior week. The renter was very hospitable and the check in process was very easy. The place was very clean when we walked in. There were no problems with the amenities. The walk to the beach is about 3-5 minutes, as there is a crosswalk conveniently located at 127th street. We had such a great time at the condo, and it deserves a sparkling review!

Just right

This little condo isn't anything extravagant but it was just right for our family of 5. My husband and I roomed with our youngest 2 while my oldest slept in the living room on the pull out. Not a lot of privacy, but it worked out nicely. Nice and clean. Don't get the pizza from the shop next door, it's absolutely awful.

My fault, wasn't paying attention to how far up we were, but the listing mentioned close to the beach and bay, thought it was much closer and they should mention No elevators all steps. Also including more pillows, blankets would be a plus. Needed towels and sheets yes.

Great host but…

Communication was great and the location was where we wanted to be. The host provided a set of sheets and two towels when we asked because we were traveling down the coast and couldn’t bring our own towels and sheets. The two bath towels did t include a wash cloth or beach towels. Take note, the condo complex itself iis very old and run down. Walking in the hallway coming to the condo you are greeted with stained carpets and a narrow hallway that smelled of cigarettes. Inside the condo the first floor was just ok (it also had an odd smell). The upstairs main bedroom and bathroom need some changes to make it worth spending your money here. The bedroom had very outdated comforters and looked dirty. I took it off immediately and put on the sheets. There were two pillows and they both were very flat and it felt very much like we were staying in a one star motel. You know when you have an old pillow that gets so flat it’s like no pillow at all? The pillows were so old we we’re uncomfortable putting our heads on it. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was wobbly and came undone if you sit down. The sink and tub were old as well and didn’t look clean. We stayed in 9 rentals when traveling the east coast this summer and this was by far the worst pick for my husband and myself. I’m sad that this didn’t live up to my moderate expectations. Until things get fixed and updated, I would avoid recommend to stay next door at the Holiday Inn Express. I tried calling to check availability after the first night but they were booked.

Prior to arriving, as well as throughout our trip, I had several questions regarding the location and activities surrounding the property. Ms. Geri was always quick to reply and provided excellent recommendations and suggestions. The property is well maintained and in an excellent location! The spiral staircase is so cute and the 2nd floor feature is something we truly valued due to having traveled with children! We were able to watch our kids in the pool from the room/deck and enjoy a nice crab dinner (from a restaurant located right around the corner) on the deck as well! It is located on the 3rd floor which wasn't an issue for us as we only utilize the front door less than a handful of times a day. There is everything you need within walking distance! Grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, nitrous ice cream shop (MUST try), convenience stores, gas stations, souvenir shops, a huge park with activites for all ages and most importantly, the beach!! 😁🌊⛱The park offers kyacking and paddleboarding, crabbing, fishing, trails, large playground for kids, work out section for adults and even hosts concert events (which we will take advantage of next trip). There's something new to do literally everyday! The start/end of the boardwalk is about 100 blocks down, but we picked days that we were going down and paid for parking only once or twice (which was roughly $10/ea time). We were able to cut back on expenses due to the full kitchen, coffee machine and washer and dryer! You will need 3 sets of queen sheets (for the 2 beds and sofa bed) and also towels (beach and bath). You'll need a hairdryer and things like that too. We also took a crockpot for quick dinners. Other than that, bring yourself and what you need for the duration of your trip and you're good to go! We will definitely be returning in the future! Mrs. Watkins has made this particular trip to the beach a pleasantly memorable one! Thank you!! 😁

The online listing is misleading. It is not a "Well maintained condo". It is a 2 story condo but it's pretty run down. The carpets need a major cleaning. The dishwasher didn't work when we checked in but the owners were friendly and willing to replace it while we were there. We decided to decline them replacing it while we were there, in order to enjoy our week uninterrupted. The microwave is small and rusty. Make sure to cover your food with a paper towel while reheating or rust flakes will fall on the food. The bathroom faucet is old and covered in soap scum. The toilet takes a while to flush. The shower runs out of hot water pretty quickly. Needs fresh paint upstairs. The dressers were all dirty inside and falling apart. The upstairs beds were comfy. The sofa bed was basically springs with a torn cover over them. "Fully equipped kitchen" included 5 bowls and a selection of various silverware pieces. The plates were gross and I didn't feel like handwashing the dirt/mud(?) off of them so we went to the dollar store to purchase disposable items. The only bathroom was up the spiral staircase. The bedroom is up there too which makes taking luggage upstairs difficult. But the kids loved the spirals! Also be prepared that this unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, just an outside wooden staircase. The pool was nice the first 2 days, then it started getting cloudy and dirty and kept getting worse until I messaged the owners and then the building management company. Someone came out the next morning and vacuumed which helped a bit but it stayed cloudy and dirty the rest of our stay. Northside park is nice and close. However "Ocean is a 2 minute walk" is actually closer to at least a 7 minute walk down the block and across the highway then down the next block. An email was sent with check-in information but it had the wrong key code. After trying and trying it, I called and spoke to the owner and she gave me another code but it was wrong too, then they gave me the right one and we got in. The early check-in time is a bonus though! Overall for the price we paid, I was disappointed versus the many other places we've stayed in OC. While being in North OC was convenient, the unit left a lot to be desired. The owners are friendly and they said they would get a new microwave and that they didn't know that it was rusty. They were bringing up a new dishwasher when we checked out.
