It is fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, microwave, and central air.

The first floor offers a spacious garage and parking pad (3 car parking) with large storage space for all your beach gear. As you walk into the house there is the first master suite with its own full private bathroom. On the second floor you can enjoy huge gourmet kitchen( serving 15) with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, Spacious living room with flat screen TV, cable, all high end furnishings (including a queen sleeper sofa) and accessories are found throughout the house. On the third floor, you will find three spacious bedroom. Master Bedroom offers two full size bed (sleeps 4), along with a private bath with double sink vanity and shower. Bedroom 1 has a full on full bunk bed with a twin trundle (sleep 5). Bedroom 2 has a queen bed (sleep 2).

We provide an ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 rolls/bath), paper towel (1 roll/stay), dishwasher pods (3/stay), and laundry detergent (3 cube/stay). Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.

***No loud parties, noise that disturbs other neighbors will be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction with no refund of security deposit or unused rent.***
