This place was fantastic for our needs. It is only steps from the beach (even closer than I expected), and the dedicated, covered parking close to the elevator was a big plus. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching a family of dolphins play in the water! You can tell that this condo is enjoyed by a family that takes pride in the ownership. The condo was very clean and there were thoughtful touches throughout, like comfy furnishings and lots of extra blankets. WiFi was fast and reliable. The basket of starter supplies was greatly appreciated as I forgot my shampoo and found some waiting for me.In addition, I’d like to highlight that this property has an ideal layout and location for single female travelers (or those traveling with a child). The bedroom is tucked in the back away from the living space (and balcony), so you’re able to block the condo door, then close and lock the bedroom door and block that as well. This location felt very safe but I always take extra precautions when traveling alone, and I felt very secure here. Overall highly recommend and would stay here again!

Great condo with easy access to the beach, literally just a few steps away. You get an assigned parking spot so you never have to worry about that. Linens are provided as well, which is great, and the bed was very comfy. The Xbox helped keep my kids (and me) entertained. Plenty to do within walking distance. Also, Northside Park. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Nice place.

Clean well equipped and comfy. Bed was super comfortable. Ceiling fan in bedroom appears to have no power going to it. Would definitely rent again from nest villa.

The place was very nice, everything you needed for your stay and clean. Very close to the beach and walking distance to anything you need. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the area is also safe. Living area has comfortable furniture and the bed was nice also. great place!

Great little condo

My husband and I spent 5 days in north OCMD which is the best, most clean and quiet part of Ocean City. The condo is adorable, clean and has the most beautiful view of the ocean. We may make this an annual trip we liked it so much!

Wonderful Experience!

This was one of the best locations I have stayed at! It was clean, everything was better than expected! This particular stay was for our wedding. This ended up becoming the bridal location to get ready with all the space, getting ready was wonderful! I couldnt have asked for for!
