You’ll love the easy access to restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, parks, mini-golf, and the beach, yet enjoy a quiet, private spot to unwind. Start the day with a cup of coffee on your waterfront balcony, watching the boats and passing seagulls. The private, deep-water dock and provided crab pot are perfect for catching crabs, and you can rent a jet ski or pontoon boat from Island Watersports, just around the canal corner, and park it at the dock.

Inside, you’ll find an open floor plan and lots of natural light. The full kitchen boasts all the appliances, including a wine fridge and air fryer, plus plenty of counter-top workspace. Grab a bite at the large dining table, then head for the beach, about a mile away. When you return, entertainment options include two streaming-capable Samsung TV Plus TVs with over 200 channels, Apple TV, board games, and free WiFi. Central AC and a private washer/dryer add another layer of comfort and convenience. Fire up the grill on the deck and end the night back outside with a chilled bottle from the wine fridge, toasting your good luck at booking the perfect family escape.

This property is located in an R1-zoned area.  Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34.  The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: There is a private dock available for guests. You can bring your own boat, and the slip is 12 to 15 feet with a water depth of around 9.5 feet.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
