* Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
* All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
* No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
* Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the
Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
* No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Boardwalk Rock

Location on the beach was very nice. Pool was under maintenance. Check in process was easy for arriving late at night. Condo could use a little refresh like paint and fix a few things but our stay was nice regardless.

The property is old and outdated but that could have been overlooked had it been clean. The refrigerator did not work and we lost a lot of our groceries ( the point of having the condo vs. hotel) because they weren’t kept cold enough. The freezer leaked and the toilet took several times to flush. This was the first time we have done this and I don’t know if we would do it again.

great place

Location was awesome. Place was clean. We had little issues with the shower curtain in the one bathroom, the shower rod keep falling and hitting us. Also, the toilet wasn't flushing properly. (had to flush more than once just to get it down) Also, "security/administration" office was useless, Employees were great but if we needed anything they couldn't help and one was rude to my son when he asked a question. But overall we had a great time and just adjusted to the small issues.

Summer 2022

Unit was clean and functional but in need of updates and general maintenance throughout. For example, area rigs are old and very worn, master bathroom needs to be replaced, missing baseboard tiles, kitchen supplies are sparse, dining table is wobbly, entire unit needs paint. Given the price point for the unit it needs to be in better condition and Vacasa/vRBO should be on top of the quality.

Terrible

Dated, dingy, not clean, tiles falling off bathroom walls, cigarettes in window tracks, gum on the floors, kitchen countertops in bad shape. The owner has a/c set at 77 degrees and you cant lower the temp. The mattresses are sunken in. Honestly, we stayed for a total of 30 min, checked out and rented a hotel room. It is NOT what you see in the pictures. Dont waste your money.

Awful Room

The room was completely dirty and even had dried up chewing gum on the wall, food on the wall, crumbs and sand on the floor, and a dead bug on the wall. It didn't come equipped with soap so we had to buy some and it really didn't look clean. I contacted the company and gave them pictures and they never got back to me and they're not on site. Would never use them again.
