Coastal Breeze Townhouse

Our place is located at great spot downtown Ocean City, Maryland! Just one short walk across is the beach and boardwalk where our guests can enjoy the ocean and the local shops. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms you'll have all the space you need. My place is good for families (with kids), big groups and all others. It's a great place to stay at the beach and is close to everything that you will want to do! There are countless restaurants, bars, amusement parks near the area.
The apartment is a large 3 bedroom apartment with a big living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, balcony, 2 parking, wifi. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, and pans allowing our guests to save their hard-earned dollars eating in. The balcony comes with outdoor comfortable furniture. The living room is spacious and comes with a flat-screen TV and 2 couch. Additionally, there is a dining table located next to the living room where our guests can enjoy every meal of the day. Also, there are 4 closets. 2 of which are walk-ins, for our guests to use to place their belongings and valuables. The first bedroom has two queen beds along with a walk-in closet, and bathroom with a shower directly attached to it. The second bedroom comes with two queen-sized beds and a closet. Lastly, the third bedroom comes with a bunk bed and a closet. The second and third bedrooms can share a bathroom which is directly located next to both bedrooms. This is a full bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms and two bathrooms and located on the second floor along with the washing machine and dryer. The first floor includes a full bathroom with shower, a walk-in closet, a fully equipped kitchen that comes with a dishwasher, the living room, the dining area and the balcony. Our guests can enjoy themselves on the balcony with our comfortable seating. The place also comes with central air conditioning.
The office will be located at 107 12th Street Ocean City MD, which a minute's walk from the townhouse. There the guests will receive their keys. Pets are not allowed in the house. Guests under 25 must pay a $50 security deposit. The security deposit is 300$ for the other groups. This will be completely refunded if the place is left clean and there are no damages to the apartment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards, money orders, cashiers check, or cash at arrival. Tax. Please note, that guests must bring their own towels, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and top sheets. Extra guest is 20$ per night. We provide pillows, pillowcases, blankets, mattress covers, and fitted sheets.
