This stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse spans two levels, offering a comfortable living space for up to 10 guests and a roof top terrace all with views of the Bay! Close to many eateries, shops, and entertainment.

This townhouse comes with the convenience of 2 assigned parking spaces. Please note that this property is smoke-free and pet-free, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

Additionally, groups are more than welcome, including those celebrating Senior Week Grad 3.

Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for all the pillows and a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival

last minute beach trip

Accurate listing. Host did not respond to messages. Dish washer and dryer didn't work. Three flights of stairs. Street or private parking. Quiet neighborhood.

Decent 2 floor condo

Everything was as listed on the website. We did run into some damages to the property when we arrived. Both screen doors were broken as well as 7-10 floor tiles in the kitchen and I received no response from the property owner regarding these items. I also had to pay an extra $45 on top of what VRBO stated I would be paying. The property owner insisted I had to pay the extra amount and VRBO said we did not and to avoid losing my reservation so close to our date I was forced to pay the extra money. Also, all the sheets and towels were wrapped in plastic in a Laundry bag in the living room when we arrived, nothing was on the beds or towels in the bathrooms which is off-putting. I would spend my money elsewhere in Ocean City.

Okay

Not a short walk to the beach, close to the bay but can’t find a spot to get on the bay. House wasn’t clean, the beds had sand in them, the shower upstairs did not work properly. Someone came to fix it and it still didn’t work 100% after replacing it. The toilet upstairs didn’t flush and someone came and said it wasn’t broken but it would never flush. We found a place specifically to have two bathrooms and were unable to use both. I think it needed more water in the tank. Balconies were great to have, air was great to have. Some Chairs were broken. Dryers timer was broken but it was nice to have. When we got there, there was a shirt on the balcony and a tampon on a balcony also. Great location to dinner, breakfast, etc. couch was soaking wet when we got there and didn’t dry before we left, not sure if it was something cleaned or not? There is a balcony by every bedroom, and a rooftop one with great views.

Worst Experience I've Ever Had

- Horrendous communication from host. My first message to him was on 6/6 and I didnt receive a reply until 6/29. We received the entry code and parking instructions less than 15 mins before check-in. - Refrigerator was room temp and took over 24 hrs to get cold, so we had to throw away perishables. - Keypad did not function properly with the code given, resulting in us being locked out several times. - Things were broken and not cleaned properly. Deck was dry rotting and falling apart; screen doors had giant holes in them; stools were broken; kitchen tiles were loose; beds had stains; clothes were in the washer/dryer from previous guests; place appeared to be unvacuumed. - Smoke detector outside of the kitchen had been removed and wires were left exposed in the ceiling where it had been.
