The outdoor covered deck living area provides an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. This space can accommodate your whole crew for breakfast, lunch, dinner, games, or some good old-fashioned OC people-watching. With plenty of seating, you'll use this outdoor space from sunup to well after sundown.
Inside, you'll find a comfortably-appointed living room, dining room (with space for 6), kitchen , washer and dryer, primary suite with a queen-sized bed and a renovated bathroom, two guest rooms with full-sized beds and a queen bed, and a guest bath and a tub-shower combo.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
