Welcome to the Blue House! A short 6-minute stroll to the beach, our cozy home is perfect for families seeking a tranquil beach getaway.

The sunroom welcomes you with space for entertainment and relaxation. Indoors, a spacious living area with a 65-inch TV and open kitchen awaits, leading to a front deck for enjoying Ocean City`s weather.

Sleeping up to ten guests, our three bedrooms feature high-quality mattresses and 55-inch TVs. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bath, while a shared bath serves the other rooms.

Step onto the back deck from the king bedroom, complete with seating and an outdoor shower. Enjoy a barbecue on the charcoal grill or games like ping pong and corn hole in the backyard. Bring your furry friends and enjoy a FULLY FENCED back yard!

We`ve added a new back patio with a propane fire pit (refill needed), perfect for starlit nights. Plus, we provide bikes, beach chairs, bodyboards, and an umbrella for your convenience. Driving an EV? Dont hesitate to charge your car here with us!

Welcome to the charming and tranquil neighborhood of Caine Woods in North OC Maryland.

In addition to the beach, our neighborhood offers a wide variety of nearby attractions to enjoy. Savor delicious cuisine at some of the area`s best restaurants, including Harpoon Hanna`s, a local favorite known for its fresh seafood, stunning waterfront views, and lively tiki bar. If you`re looking for more excitement, hop on your bike or take a leisurely walk down to the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk, where you`ll find an assortment of shops, eateries, and amusement rides that cater to visitors of all ages.

North Ocean City is an ideal place to bring your four-legged friends, too. Take a peaceful walk down the neighborhood streets with your dog and head over to Northside Park, where you`ll find ample green space and walking paths to explore. And don`t forget that pets are welcome on the beach and boardwalk from October 1st to April 30th, so you can enjoy some quality time with your furry companion by the ocean.

Beach access is always free in Ocean City, allowing you to soak up the sun and splash in the waves to your heart`s content. When you`re not on the beach, you can take advantage of the numerous outdoor activities our neighborhood has to offer, such as kayaking, fishing, and golfing at one of the many nearby courses.

Guests are responsible for bringing their own beach towels.

Charcoal is not provided, when grilling guests are expected to clean up after and take all necessary safety precautions.

If using bicycles/equipment/grills guests are responsible for ensuring that they are in good working order prior to use, and are expected to obey all laws and wear a helmet, and hosts are not liable for any injuries that may occur.

Guests are expected to clean up after their pets and are responsible for bringing their own pet supplies (food, waste bags, etc).

We have a Keurig, french press, pour over, MrCoffee espresso machine, and drip coffee. Coffee beans/K-cups are not provided.

Guests are also expected to replace propane when it runs out, please turn it off after use.

The N64 is nearly 20 years old and subject to occasional glitches.

$150 for each pet per stay.
1) As a reminder, no parties or events are allowed.
2) No smoking at all.
3) Respect your neighbors, the noise curfew is from 10 pm - 7 am.
4) No unregistered guests are allowed.
5) Respect check-in and check-out times.
8) Do not rearrange the furniture.
9) Do your dishes and take out the trash.
11) No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
12) If you bring your pet, please bring your own pet food/supplies.
13) Clean up after your pet using poop bags.
14) $150 per pet. Only registered/approved pets are allowed.
15) When using the grill/cooking supplies, clean up after use and take all safety precautions.
16) When using bicycles make sure they are in working order prior to use (air in tires, hands, seats).
17) When using bicycles wear a helmet, hosts are not responsible for any injuries that may occur.
18) Take care of the furnishings/decorations/shells. You are responsible for any damages from your security deposit.
