No wall-to-wall carpets in this home - it's hardwood floors through and through! 14 Shore Point Drive is located on Sunset Island, Ocean City's most exclusive and sought-after vacation destination. This six-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home boasts great bay views and is just a quick walk to private bay beaches, the Sunset Island fishing pier, and indoor and outdoor pools. The home has everything from bedding to kitchenware, chosen for your comfort and convenience. There are seven flatscreen TVs and seven DVD players throughout the property, plus free WiFi. Relax on any of the four private balconies - all are comfortably furnished and three of them have wide vistas of the beautiful bay! Gorgeously decorated and well equipped, you'll love the luxurious accommodations inside 14 Shore Point Drive. The property is truly one-of-a-kind, from the custom paint to the beadboard ceilings, right down to the beautiful furnishings.

Sunset Island is Ocean City's premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location. Located only two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, this 37-acre private community is surrounded by the bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at sunset. On-site amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a clubhouse, shoreline walking paths, bayside beaches, interactive fountains, and much more. All of this, and just a short drive from the Ocean City Boardwalk and world-class golf.

Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200. Fall (September 13 September 30) = $150. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

House not cleaned

We arrived at 4pm and our house was not cleaned. The cleaning crew arrived at 4:10 and after cleaning for 2 hours around my family since we were moving in we asked them to leave and we finished cleaning the house ourselves. What a way to start a one week family vacation!!! I asked to be reimbursed for the cleaning fee and did not get a response other then “we’re looking into it.”

Really liked the house. Listing should state bunk beds in two rooms. House generally clean, glasses not so much. Property manager should check and replace propane for BBQ grill. Both spare and container on the BBQ empty. Only found out when we went to cook dinner.

Loved staying here with friends for Labor Day weekend! Plenty of space and decorated so cute. All of sunset island is picture perfect! The property and grounds were spotless ! The pool was great too and the sunset view from the house was beautiful! Prime location, everything is just a short uber or drive away! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

Very good overall experience.

Easy walking distance to Clubhouse, Putt Putt Golf, restaurants and Bayside beach. Great kitchen. The only negative were the beds for the adults. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

Beautiful House - had a great good group stay.

Interior of the house is great - great shape and amenities. Had an issue where the garage door was all smashed in and non-functioning. This is an issue because Sunset Island is apparently really stringent on parking. Because we were a group, we had 4 cars. We essentially lost 2 parking spaces (of the 3 passes they gave us that could only be used in the garage or behind it. Didn't matter that it was the off-season and there was available parking everywhere, the Sunset Island folks were holding tight on their parking policies. We ended up being "allowed" to buy 2 (supposed to be only 1) - but having to purchase additional parking passes because of this was kind of nonsense. Our rental company ended up reimbursing us but it was a pain and has clearly been an issue so should have been communicated prior to arrival. Not sure when the garage door will be fixed but this is something to be aware of for future renters until it is fixed. Probably not on the owners or rental company, they obviously want the place to be perfect and everyone to have a good stay so not trying to "ding" them. Shouldn't affect your decision to rent the place, felt like it was a good deal and great option. Overall, just a beautiful place and very comfortable.

The house is well decorated and makes you feel at home.

Our family enjoyed ourselves and we loved the house and it made us feel at home versus being on vacation. Everyone had their own space and we weren't crowded. The access to multiple balconies was amazing and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.
