Located on 91st Street and Coastal Highway on the Ocean block this Beautifully decorated condo boasts a perfect location only steps to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, Supermarkets, and local shopping. Furnished with a queen bed, day bed with trundle, and Memory foam mattresses, it comfortably sleeps four. We provide Linen, Towels, coffee, tea, and basic spices. You can whip up your favorite meal in our fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony or relax on the huge sun deck on the 2nd floor. Start your day with the mesmerizing sunrise at the beach or walk across the street to watch the sunset over the bay.

Our stay at this property was a two night mother-daughter special trip. The accomodations were just right for our stay. We were able to walk to restaurants and to the beach. There was an adequate supply of coffee, condiment and toiletries. These conveniences remind me of a Hilton or Marriott stay.

very nice except bathroom sink didnt drain well and had to put up blanket to block the air conditioner from blowing on your face at night. Could use some new skillets. Overall it was nice.

The condo was cute and roomier than I had anticipated, even the balcony was more spacious than most!The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked.Lots of bars and restaurants near by... I stayed at this beautiful beach getaway with my children and we absolutely loved it. Clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed for an easy and fun weekend away. Just a short walk to the beach. Easy parking under cover. Loved!!! We would definitely come back!

Great Alternative to Hotel Room

Great quaint room that is a less expensive alternative to a hotel. Very clean and steps from the beach. I definitely recommend this property for two adults and a couple of small kids. Quote building with plenty of parking.

Mostly Good Stay

We had a nice time staying here. The beds are very comfortable, there are also a lot of thoughtful kitchen items including a keurig and drip coffeee pot, waffle maker etc. Awesome kitchen with bar to sit at. The bathroom towels are fantastic! The private parking area is great as well. There are a few negatives from our trip unfortunately. The patio/deck, which we tried to use as much as possible, has a strong smell like an old heavily used ashtray. We would sit outside until we couldn’t take it and come back in. Also, the traffic noise is really bad. Keeping the fan on and the patio door shut really helps.

Memorial Day Extended Weekend Spot

This spot was perfect for my fiancĂ© and I! We loved being able to see the water and just take a short walk from the beach for lunch / the bathroom etc. It was nice to be walking distance from Lombardi’s and the Acme. Washer / dryer worked well.

Nice place to stay the weekend

Quiet other than the air freshener's going off. Comfortable bed, lots of hot water quiet A/C. Excellent towels they really hit that out of the park.

OC stay

It worked well for what we needed. The air freshener they had was a little intense for our liking - so be sure to find those auto sprayers and shut them off if you're sensitive to it. If it really effects you this may not be the place for you as it was still in the air through our stay. Trafic is a bit noisy but sound machine we brought blocked it out well and walking to the beach without Crossing traffic is great. Blue Fish restaurant down the street is great if you like sushi! Beach wasn't too busy - but the common custom was for people to set up early - so if you want to be right by the water you have to do the same (starts filling in around 8).

Few steps from the beach!

This is our second stay at this place. The walk to the beach is short and the unit is clean and cozy. The day bed and extra bed that could be pulled are both comfortable. Close to great restaurants as well.
