We had 6 adults stay for the Boardwalk Rockfest. The 2 parking spots that are included were in the locked garage immediately next to your door to enter. We parked and didnt move a vehicle for 3 days! The boardwalk entrance is right there. The carpets could use a deep cleaning but we all agreed we would stay here again! ..Numerous restaurants within walking

over all great stay

the access to the beach and board walk were excellent! my only dislike was the public parking next to the building made for a lot of noise at all hours of day or night, the last night we had at the property we were woke up at 2am by young people singing and hollaring, but i understand that is out of anyones control

The best stay!

We were concerned about staying so close to the inlet but we were pleasantly surprised! The townhouse was perfect for our family. We had a small leak in the 1/2 bath toilet and it was corrected within an hour. We would love to stay again!

Great location for the beach and boardwalk

Our family really liked the Location and all the activities around there. Town house was just as described. Very roomy except the den, smaller than pictures. Parking right by door was great. Would have been helpful to have working vacuum or broom to clean up sand.

The Property showed some wear and tear. We sent pictures of some property damage to the property management company that we found on the day we arrived. They were very professional and I would work with them again. I probably wouldn't stay in the property again. The 1/2 bath had a broken toilet and the sink was broken. The third floor had water damage in the bathrooms, a door that was broken and window cranks that were all broken as well. The location was great, the kitchen was updated and lovely. I was just disappointed in the maintenance of the property.

Excellent location. It was nice to park the car and be able walk to everything in the area. Great for our family of eight to stay for a relaxing long weekend during Endless Summer Cruzin'. Floors could use a deep cleaning but would definitely stay again.

Loved the location: walk to beach and boardwalk. Good local restaurants. Walk to pier for boat excursions. Good-size rooms. Our unit had some issues (detaching pedestal sink needed part so it could not be resolved immediately; faulty toilet was repaired immediately) excellent check in procedures

Fun get away

We had 7 women and it was perfect. It was so close to the boardwalk and the bus stop is right at the crossroad so we never had to move the car the whole time. We also loved that our parking spot lead right to the door that went into the house making unloading so easy. One thing we did notice was the street was noise at all hours of the night and the windows are not sound proof! Would stay there again

Perfect Birthday Stay

Celebrated my Birthday in Ocean City at Belmont TH 6. The home exceeded our expectations. It had a large living kitchen area where we spent a lot of family time eating, playing games and socializing. Plenty of seating. Very convenient to have 2 parking spaces at the back door for unloading and loading and to leave and know your parking space would be there when you returned. My family loved the closeness of the Boardwalk and Beach. Agree with the early morning noise from delivery trucks and trash pickup. Get the linen service it was worth it. We will definitely be staying here again.

The location was terrible. Very noisy and not a family friendly location.

Townhouse was clean and as advertised but obviously a rental with scratches, dents, cheap furniture, uncomfortable mattresses in all the bedrooms. Check in/check out less than convenient as it was a 15 minute drive at least with traffic to get to that location. Parking was excellent and secure and made it easy to access the townhouse. It was convenient to the beach but beach populated with many from day parking area so not very family friendly. Was glad our kids are in their 20’s and not children.

Boardwalk Dream/Nightmare?

If you want to be on the Boardwalk, you are right there, with all the late night noise, drunks in the morning setting off their car alarms, and the trash trucks picking up the dumpsters at 5 a.m. If noise doesn't wake the kids, and you can sleep through it, then you are right where the action is! The townhouse we stayed in was roomy and good for our group but there was no place to rinse sand off. We were traveling with a baby, and her little pool, so we all used that on the front porch. This unit wasn't cleaned very well, everything was dusty (particularly baseboards, windowsills, and parts of kitchen counter), coffee pot was filthy, and the dish drainer was nasty. My grandson was playing with something on the table. I thought it was a piece of his toy, the same gray color, but it turned out to be a diabetic lancet which he stuck me with handing it to me. We found candy under one bed and a water bottle behind a dresser. You would have thought with COVID-19 cleaning would have been in high gear but there was no indication that it was a priority here. The front door was black from mildrew. I brought cleaning supplies with me and cleaned for the first couple of hours as we set up. I will say this for the Ocean City Police, Black Lives Matter to them because they were extraordinarily kind to the two drunks that kept setting off their car alarm at 4 in the morning. We were all watching this unfold outside our unit for two hours and they told them to get something to eat and sleep it off in their car. So we had front door guests hanging out of their car doors sleeping until about 10 a.m. None of us got back to sleep. The up side to the four days we were there: great weather, family time. The unit could use some TLC, couple of new sofas, mattresses, furniture repairs, but the kitchen is ok for cooking. There is a Keurig and a cone filter coffee pot. I took ear plugs and they worked for some of us. No more Boardwalk for this Grandma.

Nice but needs some updates

Nice place, right on the boardwalk so great if that is your plan. Home is nice, needs a bit of updating as far as painting, sofas. The mattress needs help, very loud if you roll from side to side. Would give higher marks if updates to furnishings were done. B

Amazing location

The location of the townhouse is perfect! It's literally a few hundred feet from your front door to the sand! We stayed with 2 toddlers and we didnt have to haul our whole life with us because you could easily run back if you needed. The garbage trucks were quite obnoxious in the morning around 5am but that has nothing to do with the property itself. The kitchen is very nice,equipped with all of the basics. (Plates, bowls, silverware, can opener, blender, toaster, regular coffee maker, 2 knives, a few skillets and 2 sauce pans and a large stockpot) there are drinking glasses but only like 5 in very random sizes. There are also coffee mugs. We made due. 2 baths with just a shower, master bath has a tub and first floor has a powder room. Bring toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, paper towels etc. There was absolutely none of that left from previous person. Washer and dryer were great to have. Also enjoyed reading on the balcony during naps. Beds were sufficient, not comfortable but not the worst I've slept on. Parking was great! 2 spaces in a gated garage right next to a private entrance directly into the living room which was wonderful for loading and unloading upon arrival and departure. Also a side note. We rented full size cribs from A to Z retals, the cribs were there when we checked in (we got there early because we called ahead and no one was checking out that day, we got in at 10am) and they come and get them after check out. The master bedroom has a huge walk in closet that was large enough for one of our cribs and we just hung a curtain in the doorway for privacy for her. It worked very well! Will use this property again.
