Beautiful 2 BR 2 BA w/ Indoor & Outdoor Pool, Tennis & Racquet Ball Courts

This stylish and updated unit is ready to make this your best summer vacation yet. Beautifully decorated, you can't help relaxing. There is newer flooring and flat screen TVs. The full-size kitchen has updated cabinets, beautiful tile backsplash, new countertops and is ready to make those cost saving meals at home. There is also a washer/dryer and free Wi-Fi.
The complex features both an indoor and outdoor pool as well as an indoor sauna. There is a tennis court and even a racquetball court! It is a terrific location for families that are participating in events at Northside Park as it is a quick drive or short walk away. On Sunday evenings, there is an event called "Sundaes at the Park" and features live music, free sundaes, and an amazing fireworks display. This event delivers on reliving those childhood memories of seeing fireworks on 4th of July!
You will also be close to great restaurants/bars, mini golf, go carts, water slides, movies and of course the fireworks. The building is located about 2 blocks to one of the widest beaches in Ocean City and gives you plenty of room to spread out. When you are tired of the beach, come back and enjoy the pools or relax in your private patio area!

THINGS TO KNOW:

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This is a first-floor condo.
* Two parking spots are provided in an open lot.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 120th street.
* The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Owner has provided beach chairs, a cart, umbrella and cooler for guest use and the private patio provides storage for any additional item's guests bring.
* Easy access to the beach
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

This is our 2nd year staying here and it continues to be a great little place for our family. Everything you need for the beach and kitchen are supplied. There are games, puzzles and books for the kids as well which we always enjoy. There are indoor and outdoor pools and our favorite thing is that is a stones throw from the beach so you can walk right over! The owners are great with communication and everything is always easy.

Poor Communication and Subpar Service with this Rental Property

I would advise anyone considering renting this property to first check the reviews on others web sites about the owners. Unfortunately, I saw them after they had already charged my card, but I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Sadly, the reviews were accurate: it's almost impossible to communicate with them. Additionally, the house was not properly cleaned. They send you a document with the house rules, which includes a requirement to sweep and mop the entire house before you leave, even though they also charge you for cleaning. I understand that it's normal to ask tenants to leave the house in good condition, and I always do, but making it mandatory to sweep and mop seems excessive. They also leave the sheets in a bag inside the house, and you have to put them on yourself, plus they ask you to remove them at the end of your stay. Unbelievable. Finally, they are supposed to provide 2 parking passes and 6 pool passes, but when I arrived, one parking pass was missing. When I emailed them about the missing pass, their response was incredible: they said the previous resident had taken it and that they wouldn’t charge me for it. So, they offered 2 parking passes but only left one, and didn’t bother to bring the other. Also, how is it possible that the previous resident took a pass and they didn’t notice? Do they not check the house before handing it over to new residents? This was the first and last time I used this platform.

Exactly what we wanted

We had an incredible stay. The pictures/description was exactly what we got. The beds were comfortable. The condo was clean! It was a very short, easy walk to the beach. I was nervous about having to cross the highway but it was simple. Everyone really obeys pedestrians in the city. The pool was clean, enjoyable and easy to access.

We checked in. The house was very musty and damp. The furniture was damp and dtayed damp our entire stay. There were grocery bags over the smoke detector. There was dirt on the beds and lots of hair on the kitchen counters. The rooms were spacious and good sizes. Beds were comfy. We found a dild0(yes, you read that right) under the bathroom vanity. There were shoes, tampons,balls and other items left under things(couches,tables etc) that hadnt been cleaned... Overall I wouldnt be staying here again unless a thorough cleaning was done. I will end with the location is great, walking distance to the beach and a great outdoor pool!!

First time in Ocean City

This was our first time in Ocean City. The condo was perfect for our family of 4, including 2 teenagers. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space and a well stocked kitchen. The location of the condo was the best part. Right next to the outdoor pool and tennis courts and an easy walk to the 120th street beach access. 2 wagons, plenty of chairs, and beach umbrellas were available. I would recommend having a cooler and beach towels on site. Having flown from Nebraska, these were items we couldn’t bring on our own. Overall, a great rental.

End of summer

Overall the property was great. Loved the location and how easy it was to get to the beach, grocery store, park and lots of walking distance restaurants! The beach wagon, chairs and toys were a huge plus too! Outdoor pool was right there, but who needs a pool when you have the beach! I didn’t like that the info I got on Wi-Fi and pool hrs wasn’t correct. They could update their info they send out. I would definitely stay there again! My family and I had one of the best vacations yet! Already looking into next year.

Perfect for our family of 6

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and ready to use. Beach supplies were available to use- a wagon, floats, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas. The beach is a quick walk, and the outdoor pool is right beside the condo. Will definitely return!

Cute and cozy

This place was just enough room for pur family of 5 to be cozy. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools as it rained all day on one of the days. The assortment of books for the kids was perfect, they loved them. There were some ants that would roam around the kitchen counter but there were plenty of supplies of needed for that, it was never a problem. Also you couldnt hear the kids in the morning from the master bedroom at all with the door closed!We would definitely stay there again.
